Chester's Kettle Chips

Fantastic year-round; extra special at Christmas time. My daughter and I visited recently, to ride Fire in the Hole one last time before it's replaced, apparently by a new Fire in the Hole. What can I say, we love this place! We have been visiting as a family since we moved to Missouri 5 years ago. Last year, we finally became Season Pass members, and it was so worth it! I bought 2 for our family of four, and they both came with free friends passes and we used those for the other 2 of us. I love the Pioneer theme, like Dollywood, and all the rides and artisan shops. If you're visiting Missouri, a stop at Silver Dollar City is a must! I grew up coming to this theme park but I love attempting to explain it to people who have never been. "It's a theme park designed to be like a mining town from the 1880's" or "Picture Cracker Barrel but as an amusement park." No description can do it justice!
