If I could leave 0 stars I would. Placed an order for delivery. I was told wait time was 1.5 hours. They ran my card. Only for me to call back after the 1.5 hours bc the pizza hadn’t arrived & be told that I was out of their area of delivery so my order was canceled. & my money would be returned on my card the next morning. They lack organization & training.

The pizzas were burnt, bland and tasted like cardboard. The chicken was nasty. It was dry and rubbery and worse than gas station food.

Don’t use this Domino’s. Placed a delivery order for 2 medium pizzas, 2 pastas and one salad. Asked for plates and silverware. I’m staying in a hotel . I made it to my room and went to give all the kids their food and all I got was one fork. Called them to tell them I didn’t receive my silverware and they told me it was going to be over one hour before they could bring me some. I told them the food would be cold by then. It was at 10 pm. No help. I won’t be using them again

Ordered pizza at the counter. Very professional and courteous. Order got messed up. Things happen. Manager remade order. Enjoyed pizza and bread sticks. Thank you. Great experience!!!!!!!!

They always make amazing pizza. I literally order from here atleast once a week. And they are friendly. Great service. Great food. And when it says order should be done in 13-25 min. 9 times outta 10 it's always done in like 13 minutes. Super fast and efficient.

I ordered 3 pizzas and a dessert. The dessert was missing the icing and they didn’t give me my 8 dipping sauces. I caught the 8 dipping sauces and was able to get that. I didn’t check the icing box which apparently I should of because they didn’t give me the icing. Called up to get a refund on the dessert since the order was messed up. They offered to refund just the icing and that is not acceptable. I was told they would bring out icing and they never did. I will contact corporate in the morning.

Pizza was very good but supervisor is quite rude. She needs to take management classes. I understand because of covid they do not want customers waiting for their pizza inside the store. There is a nice way to ask for customers to wait outside not just yell at the cashiers to tell everyone once you pay to get out until pizza is ready. The poor cashiers shouldn't have to work with supervisors or managers yelling at them while customers are in lobby.

The order process started off very rough, but the manager was able to use her great skills and resolve the issue. The attention to detail in pizza making and in these pizza makers (Artist) set them far above the competition. These individuals attention to detail definitely shows in taste and presentation of a phenomenal pizza. If you're in Branson Missouri look for these individuals to create a masterpiece, That will far surpass your expectations.

Pizza was alright but specifically asked for plates, napkins and peppers. Received none of that. Hard to eat pizza without plates/napkins. Too bad, had some potential. Call elsewhere.

Our delivery driver ended up forgetting our drink. He apologized profusely when he arrived and we assured him multiple times it was okay, people forget things. He returns later with 4 drink bottles!!! We offered to tip him for going out of his way to bring them to us, but he refused. My thanks goes out to this kind delivery man!!
