We loved our waiter at Garfield's. None of have ever had a better waiter so always ask for Robert. He was so attentive and he really knew how to treat the kids. He would bring the kids food out first so they weren't rowdy and complaining and he really knew how to read the room and be considerate. When you were talking to others at your table he would take that time to refill your drinks without disturbing you. He was so fast that it was incredible and the food was great. I really recommend the baked potato soup.

Ate here on a busy night. Service was really good (thanks Robert and Kyle) and food came out quick. Fries are really good. We enjoyed fish & chips and my son said the Philly cheesesteak was also very good. We'll eat here again.

We waited well over an hour for a table. The food wasn't great. Pricing was quite higher than I would have thought though the portions were adequate. The one place they did excell was service, our waitress was very kind and helpful, drinks stayed full and she checked back with us frequently to make sure we were doing okay. I don't think I would eat here again but Kudos to the wait staff.

Made the mistake of selecting the restaurant for dinner while out shopping on the landing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted by the staff for several minutes. Not a big deal, I understand how how shorthanded most restaurants are currently. Hostess wasn't particularly happy to see us. The carpet throughout the restaurant was sticky. It reminded me of the carpet most frequently found inside a Chuck E. Cheese. Gross and outdated. Restrooms were the same way. It's really hard to mess up a taco salad, but this place somehow managed to do so. Got chicken tenders for my daughter. I tried them myself. Really weird flavor. Just an all around unpleasant experience.

We found this place after sitting down in another restaurant on the Landing and not getting waited on for 20 minutes. We left and just wandered around and were able to get a seat here after about a 10 minute wait on a Friday night. Service and food was great. Food took a little long to come but the waitress came over twice to tell us the status.

Save your money. Our friend ordered medium well steak and shrimp with baked potato and vegetables. The steak was way overdone and the potato was barely cooked. He asked for another potato and got a cold one. He ended up not eating anything else and wasn't charged for his meal. I got the half order of loaded nachos and they were awful. My other friend ordered the quesadillas and the cheese wasn't even melted. Terrible food.
The food, and service was great. I would recommend this to anyone.

Was here on 10-15-21 & found a bug in the cole slaw. After showing it to our waitress all she could say was I’ll tell them to stop opening the front door. That’s it for us ever eating at any Garfields ever again!!

No one greeted us at the door even though it said wait to be seated. They showed up and seated us but the waiter did not know the specials that were everyday. Food took a long time to get but was very good. Waiter forgot something I asked for. I guess he was too busy visiting with the girl I saw him talking to. Over all poor service.

We ate here on the recommendation of our valet. It took a long time to be waited on but we are used to that. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak because the waitress said they were good. The sandwich was uneatable. It was cold and hard and tasted awful. The waitress never returned to check on us or to even refill our drinks. We left hungry because we could not eat the food.

Horrible service. No one came to the hostess station to seat us so we went to the bar. The bartender sat our meals in front of us and disappeared. I finally got up and found my own silverware. The chicken Mac and cheese left much to be desired, milky pasta with cheddar melted on top. We will not be back and would never recommend this place.
