I am a frequent flyer with mckie d's for like forever. I give frequent reviews. This is the biggest conglomerate that I'm a fan of. So, needless to say I was upset with this visit. The visit occurred on a busy Saturday morning.I realized as soon as I paid I had forgotten a medium black coffee with my large order. (29$) ?. I pull up to the next window to get my order thinking I could just ask for the coffee pay with cash and be on my way.The young man ( 25ish- not that thay matters. However, this could have been avoidable by some training. Management must be able to see the grey in some situations) would not allow me to do this. I asked for the manager ,in which he said he was. I was like let me make this quick transaction with you, the coffee is right there and you can keep the change. He wasn't having it. I had to go through the drive thru again. I'm not some spoiled, entitled tourist, I am in a corporate management positiin myself. This was our 1st time in branson, and this experience put a bad taste in my mouth.I went through the drive thru again, I asked for his name, he said he could give it out. By the time I got back to my group of people I ordered for, the food was luke warm, the ice in the iced coffee had melted. Is a poor review worth it?? I know people will still come to this McDonald's. I feel like hopefully reviews will have them do alittle customer service training

I've been to this McDonald's a couple times the past couple days in a pinch to feed the kiddos while our family was in the hospital. The staff was rude, ignored us at the counter, and how in the world can you mess up nuggets and fries?! When I brought the food back to the counter I was asked "what?" .... For real, management needs to be trained on how to run a store, training employees and most importantly customer service.

Order was completely wrong. Ordered 3 sausage egg mcmuffin combos. Got 2 bacon egg mcmuffin and 3 potatoes. Initially charged for the meal of car behind me but paid due to hassle and time constraint. $30 for our order and I am sorry that I didn't check bag before I left for home. Whatever happened to great service and price point that were attractive? I don't plan on any trips to McDonald's in the future if at all possible.

Now how does someone mess up half lemonade half sweet tea? Also known as an Arnold Palmer. Instead of sweet tea they added in HOT coffee and “cold” lemonade. Then a mixture of lemonade pulp and coffee grounds at the bottom. WHO puts HOT coffee in a plastic cup? We ordered off UberEats and have received a partial refund for this issue.Usually my wife orders from the Hollister McDonald’s with little to no issue. I’ve heard plenty of the things about this location but this brings stupidity to a new level as someone that used to work fast food, I’m understanding of mistakes but either this was “prank” or someone just didn’t care at all.

I just went through the in Branson on main Street and I ordered a simple double hamburger with extra pickles extra mustard a small french fry and a large sweet tea light ice. The lady in the back window and the lady at the front were very sweet and the lady in the front actually did it very well on my sweet tea on how I like it thank you so much... My concern is once again with the people in the girl area I'm trying to figure out whether you just can't read or if you just don't give a s*** hell maybe even both.... I ordered a double hamburger extra pickles extra mustard everything else is to stay the same then please explain to me why I got a hamburger with extra pickles extra mustard and it seems to be like extra ketchup which was seeping out of burger itself onto the wrapper which made a complete total mess. McDonald's has a system to where they will remake something for a guest why don't you get it right the first time and get those numbers up with more satisfication from customers versus having to keep the system of having to make food because you all can't learn to read or hire someone that knows and actually cares about their job.

It just so happened that at the drive-thru, we got behind a problem customer. After about 10 minutes, the car got their meal but stopped halfway out and backed up to the window, which I was about to enter for my pickup. I couldn't back up. The guy got out of his car telling me to back up because they messed his order up and he wasn't going anywhere. At this time of the morning, there were 5 cars behind me. I told him, I can't move back. I said, "Why don't you park in the drive-thru parking space and go INTO the store?" That's when he dropped the FU bomb. If it wasn't for my wife or the lady with him, I would have broken that finger and slapped him with a tire iron. That's just what you might run into at ANY drive-thru. As far as the breakfast, it was good. I think that this place, as all McDonald's, should make incentives for workers to better enjoy their job. But this morning, the guy that was taking the orders was also working the pickup window. 2 jobs at the height of breakfast goers, and there is a long wait. Not in any way was this the fault of any worker. It just makes one think that McDonald Corporation has taken the job of 4 people and made it for two. I see smiles when I go here, but go there around the end of a late shift, and those smiles are gone. They just want to go home. Mikki-D's, get your act together and make interesting food. Shake up the menu. Or, they could do a retro menu for the older generation. Remember the jingle "Two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame bun?" I remember if you said it real fast, like under 3 seconds, and you'd get a free Big Mac. I liked the instant win tickets. Be on a drink or in the bag.Vegetarian options: Depending on demand, the menu looks as if I could make my own vegetarian dishKid-friendliness: All kids, young and old, love McDonald's. I can't eat my favorites anymore, but it was a very cheap way to have dinner... back in the dayWheelchair accessibility: I saw a few car spots for handicapped placards, but the doorway seemed a little cumbersome for a wheelchair

Im a local, so i will say out of all the mcdonalds in branson this is by far the one id say is more on top than others. But like most restraunts in branson because of the dire need for employees each year and the emaculating lunch and dinner rushes we recieve during the season the hand picked low qualified, and just willing to do the job managers of mcdonalds in branson have to take what they can get. Therefore the poor quality food. The poor social skills of the. Employees, and cleanliness of the establishments is due to a evergrowing multimillion dollar tourist town that in my opinion gets worser and worser because it refuses to grow with society's ever changing culture, from music to dress to religion and society's ever growing moralistic ways. So what happens when you put air in a balloon that dont exspand. Soon its gonna pop. Hence more crimes commited by teens with nothing more to do than stuff they shouldnt be. Most of the workers seemed to be on meth or something especially a short skinny dark haired chick who said she was the manager because we asked to talk to a manager and she refused and told us she was (called up there and apparently she wasnt the manager) was very rude and didn't seem to care about anyone else in the place besides her friends who didn't have shoes on and were overall loud and cursing at people. We waited for someone to take our order and all she did was go back and forth from the back to where her friends were completely ignoring us and others.
