I am really particular about pizza, which is why I rated Mellow Mushroom's food a 3. My wife really enjoyed it, so she would likely rate it higher. The cheese on the pizza was fantastic. It was gooey, stretchy, and flavorful. The crust was solid, if a little bland, but the sauce was the part that disappointed. It reminded me of the sauce on Sbarro mall pizza from back in the day.
