They gave me the wrong order and it wasn’t what I wanted then the person in charge of the night shift didn’t want to give me back my money and said I need to talk to the general manager next day.

Order was delivered to my hotel room in 15min after placing delivery order after being told 30-45 min eta delivery guy offered to run back to get the plates that were not put on our order ( we said don’t bother the hotel staff loaned us plates )All in all best papa John’s service we have ever had hot fresh and how we ordered it

I don't know what's going on with Papa Johns but quality is way down. We got two "large" specialties. The garden is just gross. Maybe it's because the veggies get buried under the "cheese". The veggies end up like steamed frozen veggies... Not great on a pizza. Pizza veggies are supposed to be scorched... Not Luke warm and flavorless. Then there's the "cheese". Not sure it is actually cheese. There is no long strings of ooey gooey goodness like with other pizza. No this stuff is a glob. It breaks apart into chunks and tastes like imitation cheese soup. I don't know how else to describe it. Maybe it's because of the moisture from the veggies getting trapped under the cheese and diluting the fats? Somehow it changes the consistency and flavor? Or it just isn't real cheese. Time to reinvent yourself PJ.

I’m up here from TN working on the Krispy Kreme remodel right done the road. I’m in a hotel of course and wanted pizza to go. I came here and Troy ( I think is the manager) was very rude and short (I wished I didn’t leave a 20% tip but didn’t want him spitting on my large supreme pizza) but the older gentleman about my age (Paul) boxed up my pizza and was so nice! 5 stars for Paul. 0 stars for Troy!!!

Papa John's pizza located in a strip mall off the main highway in Branson Missouri ! My besties order the meat lover deluxe on the other hand I have they the vegetarian pizza with pineapple. That was pretty good, so yes, I will return. Gloria~

Ordered a pizza and some bread sticks online for pick up. Food was ready to go when I got there. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had a very good online special we took advantage of. Everything was tasty!
