We left stuffed! My sister-in-law had never been to eat here and wanted to try it. We all wanted something different so we ended up with catfish, country fried steak, fried chicken, and ribs. Everything was fabulous! Our server was Rebekah, and she was patient with us as we all decided what to order. Friendly place with amazing food. We'll be back.

We had a great experience at Paula Dean's. A group of 46 on a bus tour. They had tables set and waiting and we were seated up on arriving. Wait staff including Abner and Augusta were attentive, prompt and accommodating our every request. The family style meal of mashed potatoes, rice, fried chicken, shredded roast beef, green beans, fried okra, cheese broccoli and butter cheddar biscuits. All were delish. The chocolate gooey cake was yummy too. Refill as requested were abundant.

The food was not enjoyable. We had high expectations but were not impressed. The food was cold and was not fresh. It tasted like food out of a microwave. The waiter apologized for the food, and the manager avoided us when we asked to address the food.

We visited Paula Deens as part of a bus tour in Branson, MO. Abner was our waiter and between Abner and the other waiter, they took care of our 45 people SO WELL! Our drinks were always full, we had plenty of food, he was friendly and he really just helped make it an overall great experience!

Great food served family style. It was my first visit but definitely won't be my last. The waitress, Kimberly Rachael, went out of her way to make sure we weren't lacking food and drinks. She was an absolute jewel!! I hope she's our waitress when we go again.

From recommending delicious menu items to ensuring our glasses were always filled, Armando went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and satisfied. His professionalism and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. Paula Deen's is lucky to have such a fantastic waiter like Armando on their team. We had a long day today with all our kiddos been at soccer and them having games all day. We were hungry and thirsty and decided to dine in at Paula Deens. Very Great staff working there. Starting from the Host Justin to our Great Server Armando. He really accommodated us all very well. Party of 15 and took amazing care of all of us. Drinks or food didn’t take no time at all. Great food and amazing hard working people there. Thank you ARMANDO for your AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
