I can't say enough ridiculous bad things about this place for real we made a pick-up order and we wanted the address and it was like pulling teeth I finally went in there to talk to them cuz I was pretty upset it kept putting us on hold so we decided to eat somewhere else but I'm the type I don't let things go very well so I went into the store and holy cow now I understand the guy that greeted me had earrings and no teeth I knew right there

We hadn’t had Pizza Hut for years and ordered from this restaurant. Had a quality issue with the pizza but the manger made it right. Ultimately even though it wasn’t what we had expected the food was still quite good. We have gone to other Pizza Huts since. We returned to this one on a trip through Branson and could not be happier! Fast, friendly, hot, delicious, and smelled amazing all the way home! We will definitely be back!

This staff went above and beyond to correct a mistake to my order. Not only did they re-make my order to ensure it was correct; but they gave me the incorrect pizzas and a brownie pizza as an apology. Very thoughtful!

Went to the store to order some pasta, got my food with a thick brown hair in it. Wentthrougj the drive thru and saw the 3 workers on the clock, none of which were wearing a hair net or a beard net. Sanitary conditions are obviously not this stores' primary focus.

The thin crust pizza tasted burnt even though it wasn't black. The pizza wasn't cut all the way through. The bread sticks are stuck together. When I did pull one apart it tore the one next to it up. The waiter was fantastic though.

First off as a previous GM out of Scottsdale az running 2 pizza hut locations under me I can say this location is not busy enough for when I call in to place a delivery for me to be placed on hold and left on hold for 45 mins is a bit
Lobby inside was a disaster. We walked in waited at least 10 minutes to be seated, mind you, we were the only ones there. When we were greeted we were asked how we could be helped and I asked if they were seating in the dining room and was told that they didn’t know. Well we were seated in the corner at a booth with no light. Received mediocre service and when we left were leaving were thanked for coming in through the cloud of pot smoke coming from the kitchen. I guess everyone was trying to enjoy their Friday night. Maybe that’s why the olives on the pizza were shriveled up and burnt??

I ordered carry out. I went to the drive thru window, had two employees look at me and not acknowledge me. I then went inside to get my food and the server walked by me three times and didn’t acknowledge me, not even to say “I’ll be with you in a moment”. When I was finally acknowledged, no apology, barely said two words. Then food was lukewarm.

Absolutely WORST pizza I have EVER had in my life. Blew up the cheese in the stuff crust, cheese on pizza was so well done, you couldn’t even tell what it was. The other was supposed to be a thin crust supreme, but you couldn’t tell because it was like shoe leather!!! SHAME ON YOU PIZZA HUT MANAGEMENT!!! You should have never let food that horrible leave your store. Paid almost $40.00 and then they left me on hold for 20 minutes afterwards because they knew they sent out crap ?. Once again, shame on you and I will NEVER be back!!!
