The employee Thomas. was very rude acting nasty to the customers I was buying chips and waiting to pay he he told me I needed to go to the end of the line so he can make multiple sandwiches. I wasn't there for sandwich I had gotten that making a mobile order(but that is another story) due to this I will not use this location in the future. But if your looking for rudeness this is the place.

I was actually told that I can't have any veggies cooked in my sandwich unless it's onions or peppers. I was told that it impacts the quality of the sandwich and he is not allowed to give out below quality sandwiches. I'm paying for the sandwich make the damn thing the way I order it. The employee was working alone and was very slow and inexperienced. He took almost 20 minutes to make the two subs ahead of us. This location has permanently lost my patronage.

I made an online order after a long day and I picked it up there was literally only lettuce mayo and turkey on the sandwich not even toasted.. The lady looked pissed when I asked if she could remake it.. horrible won't be coming again..

The lady making our food seemed to push us through the line even tho we were the only ones in there. Kept saying "go on I got it memorized", then asked what we wanted on it right after we told her. Sandwiches were messy, not cut all the way through and wrapped poorly. Felt bad for the new girl cause she was doing her best, but the manager, I'm guessing, was just pushy and kept apologizing for her even tho there wasn't any need for it.

Jazmine I believe was her name, she was working tonight and was there all by herself!! She was absolutely crushing it! Her attitude and hospitality was amazing she was so friendly and didn't even show a sign of stress with being a little busy at 830! Huge kuddos to her she deserves a raise!!

I put in for a food delivery from here over a week ago. I never received my order. I called the door dash company, who put in a direct request for a refund. They said since I used the subway app and subway took my payment directly that they would have to issue my refund. So I have put in a complaint about 3-4 times now and still have not gotten a refund. No one has reached out to me. And every number I have found for them does not work. Not impressed. At this point im angry and will never order from them, or door dash again.

Showed up about 6pm to get some sandwiches and we saw a note that said they were in the bathroom so we patiently waited. We realized while waiting that the bread unit was wide open, the food wasn't covered (they left the glass top doors open), there was a used knife on the counter, and the area was very dirty where the sandwiches were made.... It has us feeling uncomfortable. a Walmart employee told us that they leave that sign up almost all the time and to ring the bell. We did but after another few minutes we left. I can't trust the food being at the proper temp with the glass open and the bread unit being left open. Went to Forsythe location instead. Much nicer and closer to home.

The woman helping my son did a great job of asking questions about the sandwich. It was my son's first time, and I appreciated her patience. He loved the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich she prepared.

10/10/22. 3:30pm.Theyve had a sign up claiming the toaster is down for some time now. When asked about when it'd be fixed today the woman working bluntly told us they actually just didn't want to deal with cleaning it afterwards. Absolutely ridiculous, just stop advertising tosted subs then, don't lie!

I ordered two sandwiches one of them which was mine and I had a chicken Teriyaki add Ham sandwich both meals were suppose to be toasted get the meal and leave open it up and take a bite and they weren't toasted it was cold.....I seen her put them in the toaster but she didn't put them I long enough....I am pregnant and can NOT eat cold lunch meat I tried to call the store to ask when a manager would be there and the phone is out of service or disconnected or something

Got coupons in the mail. 17.99 for three footlongs. Turns out they aren't honoring the coupons and give 2 bucks off each sub. Bait and switch.
