Went in with friends on Saturday evening around 6pm 3/2/24 the guys working acted like they had no idea what was going on. My total was over $50 for 2 sandwiches and My friends and I had separate orders and by the time I got done eating, I noticed that I was charged for my friends order (and she was charged for her order as well) so we were double charged. I brought it to the gentleman’s attention and he said he couldn’t find my receipt even tho me and my friend both had a receipt. He said I could talk to his GM the next day but I said I lived 4 hours away and was leaving the next day. He was of no help what so ever. I will never ever be back

Feeding a family for lunch on Saturday the 24th, gentleman was very friendly and prepared our sandwiches with excellence and care. One of the better Subway experiences we've had.

Not the friendliest lady. Food mediocre. Prices unreal. Expect tips with lousy customer service where they should be receiving way more wage than a server. This is getting out of hand.

The lady in there is nasty and rude. The app takes your money and shows your order on subway app but she claims she didn't get the order and that they don't have anything to do with the subway app so your just out of your money and she still didn't offer to even make it. Left without lunch on my break and without the money they took for order.

Twice I've ordered delivery from the subway off the 76 and both times they were never delivered even it says delivered. This time the dasher actually took a picture of my door, but not food around then text me he couldn't find me. He said he gave it to the guy in the golf cart at the office. Subway has went way down plus having this happen doesn't help.

When we walked in, it instantly felt like a sauna which is concerning since there are coolers for the meats and toppings for the sandwiches. We told the guy working there what we wanted and while he was finishing making a sandwich for the person in front of us, we noticed dead flys in the meats and cheese. He came back and I mentioned something about the dead flys so he picked up the containers and threw them onto another counter and with a huge attitude walked back to the freezer to grab new ones. He didnt say another word after that. I also noticed that the cooler was not regulated properly, there was too much frost buildup causing freezer burn on most of the foods in the coolers!

We was there at noon right in the middle of rush hour.. there was only one lady working, a line outside the door. After waiting 30 mins outside, the lady told the people she wasn't helping any one else that was outside the door. Started complaining to the customers abt how the manager didn't show up "again" he was 2 and half hours late and she was closing the doors and going home... during helping us the manager showed up, and told her she could leave instead of both of them working together. She left and so did alot of customers sadly.. like wow!!

I walked in at about 9:15-9:20 tonight and was instantly clouded with negativity, the worker tonight had a disgusting look on his face when I approached the counter and had a bad attitude. I simply asked if they make kids pizzas, and he says “yeah, we don’t make those here, also I don’t know if you read the sign on the door when you walked in but I’m only doing cash right now”. I did not have cash so I replied “ Oh, my apologies I did not read the sign and I don’t have cash, sorry for making you busy again”. He continued to have an attitude with his words as I was walking out of the door. My advice is to get a different profession.

We LOVE Subway but don't like being treated like children. We are truck drivers and eat at subway a lot.We are home for a break .We stopped in on 7/19/2023 @ 7:30 pm.We were going to buy 2 subs, using the coupon of, buy 1 1-foot long sub with a drink get a 1 foot long sub for free. The problem is that they would NOT let us get a #9 & #20. They were making us buy what they WANTED us to buy. Sorry but NO one tells a paying customer what they are going to eat. We leftThe store is on 76 in Branson Mo across from McDonald's.So SadThis is NOT ACCEPTABLE in any form or fashion.LOST DEPENDABLE CUSTOMERS

Staff very nice, store is small. The rub was that they don't take coupons and if you paid cash, you had to havethe Exact amount. They couldn't give you change so I had to pay with a credit card. ?

I went tonight to order two protein bowls like I do at every Subway I go to. Before I even finished my sentence, the woman behind the counter started in with "these are protein bowls, not salads. Don't expect a lot of vegetables. You get double protein but not very many vegetables. If you want vegetables, then order a salad." I was stunned at her attitude and accusatory tone. I tried to clarify if she meant I could only choose a couple of items. She said "no but you would only get 2 or 3 pieces of each. The bowl won't be full." I was still baffled at her response. I said I've never had this issue anywhere else and she just repeated it again. I wasn't even asking for more or extra. I hadn't even finished my first sentence. I told her never mind and turned around and walked out. I'll never go back to this location. I drove across town to another Subway and they were helpful and happy to prepare my order with no attitude or issues. If this is a cost control issue, you're not helping yourself by driving away customers.
