The service is horrible. We were standing for a few minutes (5-10) and the lady there didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE US. 0/10 service and texhnically 0/10 food. Never go here, go to the mcdonalds next to it.

We LOVE Subway but don't like being treated like children. We are truck drivers and eat at subway a lot.Last weekend the 15thWe were home for a break .We were going to buy 2 subs, using the coupon of, buy 1 1-foot long sub with a drink get a 1 foot long sub for free. The problem is that they would NOT let us get a #9 & #20. They were making us buy what they WANTED us to buy. Sorry but NO one tells a paying customer what they are going to eat. We leftThe store is on 76 in Branson Mo across from McDonald's.So SadThis is NOT ACCEPTABLE in any form or fashion.LOST DEPENDABLE CUSTOMERS

Ordered on the app. Took almost 30 minutes for curbside and I ended up having to go in and wait in line to get it. My toasted sandwich was cold.
Absolutely horrible!! All Branson location phones are disconnected so you can’t get ahold of them. I did my order on the app and it sent it to this location instead of the location I needed it to go, but couldn’t get ahold of anyone to cancel it. Then I looked up the order on the app and it says it was picked. I’m not anywhere near that location to pick it up so you’re just giving away people’s orders?! Wow! I absolutely will be contacting corporate, this is the worst experience I have had with Subway. DO NOT order to this location.
