Revel Kitchen is an affordable health forward bowl and smoothie spot! There’s one in Brentwood and Kirkwood.Appreciate the commitment to quality and organic ingredients. They cater to so many different diets including paleo, gluten-free, organic, vegetarian, and vegan. The owners, Simon and Angelica Lusky, initially didn't plan to open a health food spot but found success with their side business of preparing nutritious meals for athletes. It might be busy and packed but they are fast!Keep going!

The food is great. I got the garlic aioli sauce, but the food tastes good on its own. If you like salty food, it may taste a bit bland, but I personally thought it tasted perfect. The service is good, food came out fast, and they sell the sauce. Their tofu looks like chicken. I would visit here if you want to eat something good and healthy at the same time. Their Brussel sprouts is alright. It's not juicy or sweet like other Brussel sprouts I've had before.Parking: There's only like 3 street parking right in front of the store. You have to park 3-5 min away near Best Buy.

I love this place! Food is fresh and made to order, space is cozy, and everyone working is warm. Their menu caters specifically to food intolerances or restrictive dietary needs--they even have a separate ingredients menu that lists what is free of common foods people avoid (really great as someone currently doing an elimination diet; the Whole30 is listed, too!) This is how I wish I cooked at home. A revelation, truly

Late Saturday night 7pm headed to Mai Lee (Crowded), so decided to try next door empty vegan REVEL restaurant instead of 45 min wait @ Mai Lee.BAD DECISION!!!!!2-large bowls @ $11.99 somehow morphed into $ 46.44????How? They double charged for item 3 Protein & item 5 extras!!!!! They said difference in small vs large bowl is you pick 2 items 1/2/3.I will be going back for a refund of the overcharge, and if not refunded then Mai Lee is crowded vs empty Revel FOR A REASON!

Really wanted some French toast and eggs for breakfast, but my friend wanted to try this place as a healthy option. I hesitantly obliged and boy was I glad. I ordered the build a bowl with eggs, garlic mushrooms, chicken, pickled onions and the most flavorful sauce- cilantro lime. From the first bite I knew I would be back.

Unfortunately, I got debilitating food poisoning from Revel earlier this week. I eat there often, and have occasionally had an upset stomach after ordering the bowl with salmon and collard greens. I never thought too much into it, as greens can sometimes have that effect. This time though, about 4 hours after eating, I started vomiting and continued to vomit for 13 hours (every ten minutes, then every 30, then every hour). It took a few days for my stomach to completely return to normal. I wanted to think it's a stomach bug, but the exact timing and the fact that I've gotten sick from Revel before, unfortunately does point to the food as the source. I love the place and that it's one of the only fresh food options in the city. But after my experience on Tuesday, I can't see myself being brave enough to try again. I would not wish that level of food sick onto anyone. Not sure if it was the collard greens themselves, but I do hope that they check in on all of the ingredients to ensure customers are safe.

Whole30 compliant options. At the register they have a chart that has check marks for whole30, paleo and several others that cover everything on their menu. Even including some deli cold pressed juices. The ingredients are really good quality and very tasty. Highly recommend Revel Kitchen.

Please know the one star is NOT for the quality of the food. The food itself is fantastic from what I remember a couple years ago. I tried ordering today because I am on a strict Paleo diet.. and I remember RK having a fantastic selection of paleo options. I look at the menu and the nutritional facts? Sunflower oil. On everything. Sunflower oil is NOT Paleo friendly so I was unable to order anything :( my main complaint is do not advertise paleo, if a main ingredient you use is a known "non" paleo friendly ingredient.
