Through drive thru asked for lettuce on the side for my fish sandwiches didn't get the lettuce on the side, my roast beef and cheddar bun was hard and looked over toasted and looked slopped together I also ordered a kids meal they didn't ask if I needed dipping sauces and when I asked for the milk I was told it was in the bag... Why would you put cold milk in the bag with the hot food? People working were pleasant though. I worked in fast food years ago you NEVER put cold items in the same bag as hot items. I will be reaching out tomorrow to the manager. I've also been the secret shopper and I gotta say that would have failed.

I ordered two crispy fish to go. This was the first time I ordered fish and not roast beef. The fish was very good. It was real fish and not chopped and compressed like at other places. I was pleasantly surprised.

Dirty tables and foors! Only saw three employees and none of them did any cleaning in the lobby!! And they gave me the wrong fries, I asked for crinkle and I got the curly! ?
