I am a Assistant Travel Coordinator for a non-profit organization that is located in Concord NC. I called this location in hopes of getting a catering order put in place for when we were going to be in town. I spoke to Lamon Credit and I have to say that he is absolutely AMAZING!! Most of the time when I call places and try and place a larger order for a date that is further out they get frustrated and make me feel like a burden. NOT LAMON!!!! He was so respectful and made sure that I was well taken care of. He made me feel appreciated and that he was happy that I called to place an order with him. This has been by far the best service I have EVER received over the phone. We will defiantly be contacting them again when we come back next year!PERFECT! PERFECT! PERFECT!

Ordered take out. The wait originally being 15 mins and being actually 45 mins (during a super slow time of a week day) isn't actually the problem we had. Good food takes time to cook... except I watched my food sit on a counter for 30 mins. We ordered a very basic plate to share along with 2 drinks. The scrambled eggs were runny and cold, the hashbrowns tasted like raw potatoes, the bacon (which we asked for crispy) was soggy and gummy and lastly the ham steak had char narks on it but it was cold as ice. The only good thing on the plate was the biscuits. I had to recook all the other food once we got home. Of our drinks mine was fine but the Arnold Palmer was just straight Unsweetened tea, no Lemonade. I can tell you the pre-made food from Bob Evans sold at Walmart tastes so much better than the garbage I paid near $40 for. We learned not to eat at Bob Evans ever again

Mom and I enjoyed a real Sunday dinner. She had the roast beef and raved. I had the chicken fried steak and was pleased. The only disappointment was a side salad. Service was excellent. Very polite and friendly. We agreed that we'll return soon.
