This place was a mess. Split into a bagel/bakery area, a coffee area, and a bar area, there is only ONE CASH REGISTER IN OPERATION AND A LINE DOWN THE CONCOURSE. They also stopped a woman to pay for a cup of water after she had already left. Terrible. They seemed desperate to have sales but if the line was that long why would anyone bother. We picked this place because there were a couple of open tables, and we needed a sit-down break.2 stars only because the food was hot.Quality was poor.They forgot about our order, so we waited for like 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches.The 2 women behind the counter both had crazy hair with no hairnets or hats.I can't believe I ate it after I watched them eat, scratch their heads, take out trash, etc.Sometimes, I make bad decisions.I won't make this one again.

The food was good. The service was alright considering the short line and friendly staff. I would recommend this place again the next time I go for anyone waiting for a long flight.
