Horrible place. I came in tonight servers were rude and inattentive. Managers are not helpful. The food is gross and always cold and the bathrooms are filthy. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!

Place is not busy at all. I set myself like the sign says and a server was staring at me while she ate one table over and another server kept walking by me never once asked me what I wanted to drink and I was there for at least 10 to 15 minutes just standing there. I walked out and they seen me walk out. Didn’t try to stop me or get my business. Don’t go to this place if you want good service.

Security at the door said it will be a 30 minute wait become there aren't too capacity. OK, me and my co-worker turns around and walk away. We will find another spot. Now there's a gentleman and his lady friend was at the door as well and the security guard turned them down also and several other people. As we walked back to the vehicle someone comes out the door and told him and he's lady friend hey come back yall can get in. Ok! Now there's another couple approaching the door they let them in and 6 more people. Now if you guys are overcrowded, I understand that but it wasn't. I realized security was letting in who he wanted to let in. I'm here on business and I was told that this place would be a nice spot to go to. However, I will never stop by that establishment again. So it seems as if you're not a regular or they're not familiar with you, good luck getting in.
When headed to Hot Shots near the airport to watch the game while waiting for someone to fly into town.I almost turned and walked out when we came into a place full of smoke. It is a smaller spot, so a non-smoking arra would be moot, not that there even was one. Maybe I'm spoiled living on the IL side, and our HotShots is non-smoking and on point.The service wasn't great, but they were busy due to the game, so I can overlook that.I won't be back to that location, and I'm questioning even return to the one near me in IL because of the bad taste left on me.

Food sucked ... fries ? were burnt, my salad was wilted and soaked in water... the chicken wrap had no flavor ?... would never go back to the St Charles Rock Rd location!!!Server was more interested in smoking and eating... instead of giving us drinks or even refills... never checked on us to see if we needed anything or if we were happy with our food!!!!
