Recently got a job near this location and went here for lunch for the first time. Ordered a sandwich that ended up being made incorrectly. I called as soon as I realized it and spoke to the manager, Tiffany. She made me a new sandwich and when I arrived 3 minutes later it was ready for me.The sandwich was delicious. I got a Club Lulu on wheat.I appreciate the delicious sandwich and I appreciate how quickly Tiffany corrected the problem with my original sandwich. I'll definitely come back to this place. Friendly and good customer service.

Constantly screws up delivery orders and the team members aren't on the same page. I placed an order online and my order was messed up, when I called the local team I was told it was either my fault or corporates fault and that it would take 20-30 minutes to get a replacement sandwich. After an hour I tossed the bad sandwich in the garbage because it was starting to leak and when I called back to receive an eta they told me that nobody was coming and that they were too busy to replace my sandwich. I was then lectured for throwing away the sandwich and I was told that no refund would be processed and the team member hung up on me. If you order from here make sure you watch them prepare the food and verify that everything is correct, often times I have to remind the team members of items they "forget" such as pickles. Thanks for wasting my time and preventing me from eating lunch due to your mistake with your corporate program!

These guys are quite fast and efficient, and I have a better experience here than at most other JJ's. Does suck that they charge for a cup of water, though. They do also close early at like 3pm on weekdays so bare that in mind. I don't hold that against them since they're operating by a business park that dies after lunch.Vegetarian options: I get the #6. I do wish they offered some meat alternatives, though.

Not so freaky fast, and low quality control. Stop by this location a couple times a week. The shop tends to cater to taking care of their online/catering orders before taking care of customers waiting for sandwiches. Sandwich makers do not pay attention to order and have even gotten a completely different sandwich than what I ordered, possibly due to a catering order mixed in the middle. I have not tried the other Jimmy John’s location further South on St Charles Rock Road, but it could be worth it for better customer service and attention to detail. Besides it is just a sandwich, bread, meat, and toppings.
They barely put anything on your sandwich. They put about 2 tablespoons of tuna salad on 1 sandwich & 1 slice of ham on the other sandwich. I asked for extra pickles & there were 3 pickles on the sandwich. Definitely not worth what you pay!

The only jimmy johns that will deliver near my work and they close at 3 so I miss them on my lunch break. Jimmy johns also refuses to partner with 3rd party delivery services so I am unable to get jimmy johns for lunch... disappointing

I’ve been coming to this restaurant 3 times a week since February. Yesterday was the only time I’ve ever ordered food close to closing time. Not only did the employees do an absolutely horrendous job of making my sandwich they also forgot two toppings and I paid extra for one of those toppings. It looked like a total slop job. Clearly I learned my lesson on ordering from this restaurant an hour before close Because as you can tell from these pictures the last thing on their mind was making food. They wanted to leave. Tell me people do you think this is what a $12 meal should look like? Here is a picture of the sandwich and the receipt showing what they forgot to put on the sandwich.EDIT- I already filled out three online forms And nobody has contacted me. This is ridiculous. Won’t be back anymore
