I really appreciated that they would deliver a couple mins outside of their delivery range to my job which they have done on many occasions and of course they have gotten tipped nicely. Well today we had a delivery from the manager Jordan and my order was correct but it was suppose to be an unwhich being I can’t eat bread. When I called and stated this I was told that Jordan refuses to correct my order and bring it back that I would have to come pick it up. Not only was it rude it was unreasonable. I’m being asked to leave work due to an error on your part.Never again! Oh and this was the second time they messed up. The other time they didn’t deliver my chip. However they did today. Good thing cause that’s all I have to eat being the sandwich is going to waste. Smh

My first experience with Jimmy John's I tried the ham and turkey lettuce wrapped sub it was exceptional every item on my sub was fresh, the service was on point, and the store was clean I do highly recommend.

If only I could give it a negative smh. Mother n law an I had the worst, cold, flavorless sandwiches we ever had in our life. I asked for reg ham an cheese not hard but bread lettuce mayo an ham that was uneatable. This was a first and last experience. And we let the staff know this was our first time there an they acted like they knew what they were doing smh

Great sandwiches, served friendly and incredibly fast in a clean environment. My dad and I went there earlier today. After ordering he went to the bathroom and I found a table. Id barely sat down and they were bringing us our food already. Great experience.

This place is horrible. I went there on 7/31 at 3:50pm. I saw the employees sitting around and one with her feet on top on the drive thru window. When i said something to her the male manager just looked at me. I inquired about habing double meat on my sandwich and was lied to. I apologized for disrupting them and walked out. I wish the GM wiuld give me a call

One member of our party ordered sandwich with no sauce and cut in half. Order taker repeated that back to us. We unwrapped sandwich and it was slathered in mayo and not cut in half.
