I don't know who owns this place or who's in charge of hiring the people that work hereThis store is absolutely patheticIncrediblyIt's four a freaking clock on a Saturday.... I'm trying to pick up a food order for doordashTwo people working inside.... Two. One cook and one older lady with horrible communication skills and even worse skills at her position. No sense of urgency screen full of orders. Hostess incapable of identifying orders from screen to door dash order numbers. No sense of care. Just plain pathetic at doing their jobs. I've never in my life seen something so circus like in my entire life. I will NEVER PICK UP OR ORDER FOOD THERE EVER. I CANT EVEN COMPREHEND THE LAST 15 MINS OF MY DAY.

There were people waiting when we came in and no one working in front at all. I ordered a southwest chicken salad with Chipotle ranch. My salad came with regular Chipotle sauce. When I went back for ranch the girl in back threw it at the old lady with dirty hands and fingernails handing out food. She had her hand up the back of her shirt scratching her back when I went to the counter. The salad dressing was like mayonnaise. I couldn't even eat it.Also they started telling people they could not serve any salads after i got mine. I have been bringing my mom here quite a few times but this ended it for me. I will never be back.

Really good meal. Sandwich was twice the size of the last time. The wife had soup and salad, and it was also bigger. Service was good, and she asked if there was anything else she could get us. When she bought our food to the table.

This was my first time at this location. I placed my order at 12:02pm and waited for my name to be called. A customer before me waiting walked up to the counter and asked about her food which was sitting up on the shelf. I walked up after her and my sandwich was just sitting there. There were two people making food in back , a man standing on the side where the cooks were doing nothing but arranging the food on the counter. There were two cashiers, and one worker carrying food out to tables and another girl packing on line orders. No one had on gloves and they were touching the customer's plates and utensils. So the man in back should have at least called out the to go orders. And when the one cashier was bagging to go orders the girl making on line orders told her to get on the register and she saw the lady was doing something. This location needs organization and direction on getting customer's order to them. My sandwich meat was cold in the middle. I had to wait until I got home to put in the microwave.

the yorker sandwich was good but the atmosphere was creapy with this cashier was looking too gothic peiercing everywhere about 4 nose ring she looked a hot mess servicing the public, i should have took her

I did a mobile order and ordered 3 shareable ultimate nachos and a spud max. I’ve had the nachos before and fell in love with them. I wanted my children to try them too. The spud was going to my first time trying.I ordered extra cheese dip for all 3 nachos. Picked my ordered up and made it all the way home, to have no cheese dip at all. Called the store and drove 25mins back to the store, for them to be closed. Called and reported my experience. All I received was an email apologizing and 1500 points. 1500 points doesn’t equal nowhere to the $30+ dollars I lost out on. I responded to the email expressing my concerns about replacement. A week later, have yet to receive a response. I will not and can not patronize a business that refuses to correct their wrong

The staff was pleasant, however my order was taken at 1240, I did not receive my meal until 135 and that was after checking twice. There was only one person in front of me and two behind, so I would say the restaurant was not busy, so I can't fathom what took an hour to receive my meal. When the meal was brought only got a sorry. Wish I would have read the reviews before I went as I saw other customers that complained about the wait time. The food was good and I won't say that I'll never come back but they must do better. This experience has caused me to rethink whether it is worth it or not.

We went in and ordered table side. It was not busy at all. The staff was having a good time behind the counter.We never got our drinks which was odd. After 20 minutes we went up to ask how long it would be and were rudely told I don’t know with a wave of the hand as she disappeared to the back.We asked again and were responded rudely with 4 minutes. We requested a refund.The entire staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful to us. Perhaps it was because we were white strangers and not their normal white customers who they chatted with in the restaurant.We will never go back there. It was a horrendous experience. The staff needs to remember to treat people the way that they want to be treated. We are all human and all deserve respect.
