I wanted to try a St. Paul Sandwich, and Old St Louis Chop Suey came up as having a great one. I had my doubts, but the service was great, and the sandwich was excellent. I have not tried the rest of their menu, but if you are looking for the unique experience of a St. Paul sandwich, this is your spot.

Quite possibly the most bland Chinese food ever according to my experience it was the worst culinary experience I’ve ever had Ordered two dishes that were completely supposed to be different but we’re exactly the same one had peanuts and one did not the vegetables were all raw and there was no bean paste or any type of Chinese flavors whatsoever it was very soupy and it had a very musty smell

Looking for a place on my way home. Stopped in here after ordering special fried rice and hot and sour soup to pick it up. I am very picky about my hot and sour soup and this reminds me of the kind I always used to get that I can’t get any more! Delicious I will be going back trying some more of their menu. Just had a craving for soup and fried rice.
I’ve have been to several Chinese places, this one is by far from the best! So 3 things!1.good price but The beef fried rice was not vary good, I added their soy sauce and it only made it worse. I used different soy sauce, if it wasn’t for the other restaurant soy sauce I would not have ate it.2.I also got a large Wong tong soup which I love. But for 6 dollars I was a bit hesitant. First thing I noticed was it not even full, that I couldn’t really see the wontons. For 6$ I got a whopping 2 Wong tongs! I could never justify spending 6 bucks for 2 mangled won tons in a 32 oz container filled 3/4ths!3. Last but certainly not least, the fried Wong tons! Wasn’t overpriced, tasted great, along with their sweet n sour sauce.Would try again but definitely wouldn’t recommend the fried rice, won ton soup, and their soy sauce.

What in the St. Paul did I just get? Ordered a shrimp St. Paul and the shrimp was hard and as far as the eggs go, all I had was the egg trimmings and sprouts. No seasoning at all, very bland….

I liked their St Paul at another location but tried the crab one. Of course it was the imitation stuff which I should've known, and was horrendous fried. Otherwise just wasn't a good St. Paul. Got just a basic classic milk tea with boba. Sweetness could sink a ship and either the tea or boba tasted like coffee so it was un-drinkable. You might like other flavors but I'd tell them to tone down the sweetness A LOT
Best beef and broccoli in the city hands down
