The customer service here is unprofessional, disrespectful, inappropriate and biased. I generally use the catering service, once a month, for an employee breakfast and spend about $300-$500/monthly. If I have it delivered, then I tip them. If I pick it up, I don't. The woman who my employee went to pick the order up from was apparently mad that she didn't get tipped and made a huge deal about it to my employee, including telling my employee, "Have fun carrying it all yourself!" If tipping was required, it should be built into the fees that are already charged, but you aren't getting tipped for doing your day-to-day job. Furthermore, it's very telling that when I've sent male employee in there, they didn't receive this treatment, but the day I send a female in there, they do. I have spent $4,000 there in the past 11 months and now I will spend $0 there going forward. I will also make everyone aware of this disgusting behavior!

When I want quick healthy choices and have I use rapid pick up. I highly suggest rapid pick up as this location is busy and the parking situation is challenging. As always the food is delicious

Wow loving the Broc/cheddar soup today! Actual pieces instead of specs of broccoli!! There working very hard!!

The soup leaked all over the bag and on the chair where they set it down, they had to know it was already leaking. Bag tore and spilled a whole order of soup when I picked it up. I want my order money and my tip back. Plus had to clean that up while sick. ?

Horribly disappointed in my visit today. I don't know if all St.L Breadco have given up but for sure Bridgeton has. Service was either absent or kind of rude. I also ordered an iced tea, and when I got it someone had dumped what tasted like an old pot of coffee into the iced tea container. It was generally a huge disappointment.

Stopped here on my way back to the east coast a while ago and I'm more than glad I did. Got some bagels and a green goddess cobb salad and they were both pretty good! The person who took my order was extremely sweet and made my salad with no bacon with no problem. His name was Ray I believe, very kind soul!

I have enjoyed this location over their previous one (in the same plaza). I enjoy their differing selection of teas (hot and cold). This location could use a little more help, but that is a common problem at this time in most industries.
I ordered the broccoli Mac n cheese with bread and a lemonade the food was delicious and great customer service . Ray was very sweet I’ll be going to this location more often for my lunch !

Slow service, don’t apologize, 1 person never knows what the other is doing. Extremely rude and insensitive then everything is old, hard or watery. Do not recommend this location at the Bridgeton, Mo one at all and already contacted corporate with no resolution.

I come to this location often since it is close to my business. 8 times out of ten my food is incorrect. I have came into the restaurant and complained about an incorrect order for the staff to turn around and give me another incorrect order. Have also waited outside for longer than 10 minutes for curbside delivery when the restaurant is slow and will still have to go inside and pick my order up. Completely disregard of their customers time! I love bread co but the service at this location is terrible!

This is ABSOLUTELY the worst location to visit & the manager Nick is the ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGER i have ever encountered. My order was wrong & had to drive back to the store told him my salad had cheese on it & i asked for no cheese his response to an employee can you make a new salad with no cheese....im assuming thats what this lady wants..he DID NOT even acknowledge me at all no im sorry NOTHING.....all the employees were young they were laughing & playing in the back. I will tell anybody that will listen DO NOT visit this location.BRIDGETON location.
