In town for business and the First day I stopped in, I paid for a 40oz Smoothie, I ended up with a 35 ounce. Went back a day later thought I give this location another try and worse than the first visit. My smoothie was not totally blended, I was spitting out chunks of kale and other ingredients and it was way too thick. I also found a date ball not fully blended. I will drive to another location that I go to in St. Charles.

i asked for an açaí bowl and the worker was very rude and said we can't make it. i then said i have ordered it other places and she then said i have to order what it is on the menu and i can't change anything. she then up charged for me for a topping i didn't order. everytime i have gone here they are rude and seems lazy. will not be coming back

I would love to say I enjoyed my favorite smoothie ordered online but I never received it. The door was locked. The drive through line was backed up with no one actually taking orders and no one answering the phone. Avoid this location until it has new management. 3-2024

The smoothies are never the problem it's always the employees. They seem so annoyed to be working. I asked an employee thru the drive thru if she has had the hulk and CLEAR AS DAY she sighed with a "no" as if I was annoying her, taking up her time. All you had to say was "no", didn't need the dramatic sigh!! Please act like you wanna be at work.

WOW! Horrible! Who runs this location? The employees don’t even bother to show up for work to open the store on time! I ordered a smoothie for pickup and said it would be ready at 8:02am. I drive there to pick it up and am shocked to see not one single car in the parking lot and the place is closed and locked. It’s supposed to open at 7am. It’s 8:10am and no one is there, yet they let me place my order and took my money. It’s one thing to be a few minutes late, even 30 minutes. But to not even BOTHER showing up to open your store on time on a Monday morning?!? Don’t bother responding with an apology about how you “strive to do the best you can.” Clearly no one at this location is striving to do anything. You can’t even hire responsible employees to open your store - how on earth do you expect to stay in business?

Set in the drive through for several minutes waiting on anyone to say anything. Not a peep. I figured the place was closed until I drove by the front. 2 customers inside and you can't take a second to tell me to hold on a moment? I'll be surprised if this place makes it thru 2024.

young lady at drive thru on thursday 12/7/23has very nasty attitude. doesn’t need to be working in customer service. I order two smoothies. She did not hear what I asked for I guess and she said could you talk loud or so someone can understand what you’re saying then once I got to the window to pay, I handed her a $50 bill. Granted I did not see the sign but she said to me we don’t take those don’t you see the sign that’s not the way to talk to a customer will never come back.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant and almost went the extra couple of miles to another location. I was pleasantly surprised though as the space was spotless, both people working at noon today were helpful and pleasant. The smoothie I ordered was consistent with other locations around town.

I marked the food quality as good bc they do make the smoothies, however wait time and service are severely lacking. The online orders take forever and are often shut down. The doors are always locked to the inside and everyone is pushed to the drive thru, even if the order is placed online. So I have to wait for other orders to be made, just to pick my completed order up and wait longer. The staff seems so put out to make orders and interact with customers. The atmosphere in the restaurant is marked the lowest bc the inside is locked and rarely open.

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are right about this location. The only good person they had was a young lady who eventually quit due to poor treatment by management and lack of staffing.None of the new people want to be there, they don’t make smoothies according to recipe, and they do not add supplements that you’ve paid for to your smoothie. I watched them make mine, and just accepted it because I feared what they would do to it if I sent it back. I don’t think the inside has ever been open when I’ve come. The issue is really the poor management, and it trickles down to the rest of the staff.

I get smoothie king alot in my area but I decided to go by the bridgeton mo location, got my usual and it tasted completely off. Called and they told me that everything was the way it was supposed to be no help

Absolute worst location EVER. Smoothies are hit or miss. Never enough staff working and they lock their doors during business hours.

Just tried to go through the drive through at 6:00 no one came to take order. Drove around to the front workers just standing around doing nothing and chairs are up on the tables. They say they are supposed to close at 9 pm. With all these negative reviews about this location they need to shut the doors permanently
