Had a celebration of life for our brother in the game room. Excellent service for over 20 individual orders by an extremely efficient server named Jen. Food was really good and all guests felt the same. Thanks for a great day!

Super good food, friendly staff but really poor management which resulted in a 20 minute wait to get my order taken and then another three hours after that to get the food.In short, everything is good but the staff is overworked.

Where do I begin. My friend met me here. We asked to get drinks, me an ice tea her a red wine. About ten minutes later we asked a girl if she could take our order. She said our waitress had an accident on 270 and walked away. Ok, what does that mean? Do we leave? About 5 minutes after that the lady who brought our drinks came over and said well I guess I am going to have to wait on you. Well ok then. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and the artichoke and spinach dip. Right after we notice that there were a bunch of gnats. The food was cold and not great. I was starving so we ate some but left over half of each.. plus killing the gnats continually I am sure some fell in the food. We told the waitress about the gnats and she said the bartender said it was because of the red wine.

Not sure who is managing this bar, but the service has been trash the last year or two. Maybe even longer than that. Servers are rude, the “manager” has nothing but attitude when you ask about reservations for parties. It’s not just me, it’s been talked about by many people in the area. It is a shame because the place use to be great. Terrible service with garbage attitudes is how businesses go under. Hopefully ownership wises up and gets people to work for them that actually care.There are other sports bars in the Maryland Heights area that will be happy to take your business. This place will ruin you and your guests night.

Service was non existent! Pat at the bar completely ignored us to the point we went to a waitress on the floor to order food after being ignore for over ten minutes while Pat bullshitted with a couple on one side of the bar. That was after making us wait for about five minutes to order a couple of beers while he chatted with people on the other side of the bar. This should be called a social club instead of cafe. The blonde waitress had no desire to help us either. She just told us she would get Pat to help us. The ambiance was pretty cool, but nothing special other than the dance floor. After finally getting to order I purchased the 12 oz Butterflied Pork Chop that came out undercooked and not butterflied to help with the cooking. It was no where near 12 oz and maybe that is why they didn't butterfly it.... Because they couldn't! Coldest baked potato I have ever eaten. Butter stayed solid it was so cold. Only redeeming quality of this place was the cold beer. Won't make the mistake of wandering into this hell hole again!

Unfortunately my server was not good and rude I come here often so that was a first including the bad margarita that was made. Overall I enjoy this place and their food will always come back hopefully with a better server. The guys in the back were awesome as I said food was hot and delicious.
