For the most part I eat here because I trust the food quality more than most of the other restaurants but, I have to call out one item. I bought turkey chili last week (twice) and what i got was water flavored chili. There was barely any turkey or beans. I called the restaurant because i discovered it after I got to work. One of the workers admitted that the manager has a habit of watering it down. My issue is that this restaurant has some of the highest prices around and i don't want to pay $9 for water. All of the prices are high just like everything else these days but I'm writing this review to remind everyone to look at your food before you leave the restaurant.

The gentleman working the cash register gave my 3 year old son a free bagel because the first bagel didn’t suit his taste buds. His kindness was very appreciated! Recommend STL bread co!

It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a single drink (that comes out of a dispenser). It's every time I'm here.

Only had one woman at the register she was awesome and working fast as she was able to be thorough. The line behind us was getting longer because of our Tuesday order bagel dozen.. should have been another employee who could handle orders!

The new sandwich called the caprice chicken melt $13.99 looks amazing on the menu. We ordered the caprice chicken melt and the broccoli cheddar soup. We waited 25 minutes in the drive-through with three cars ahead of us. They apologized for a long wait. Got home began to eat and seen there was zero chicken on the sandwich. Took the sandwich back, it had only two bites out of it, I asked the cashier for a refund, I had my receipt and the wrapped sandwich, she needed to get the manager, she came back and said the manager told me to tell you that we do not do refunds but he will remake the sandwich, I said I really would rather just get a refund instead and she left again to go talk to the manager, Howard the team manager returned looked at the receipt and mumbled something to me. I told him that i could not hear him. He repeated, he was asking “how did you pay” as he’s looking at my receipt, I said debit card he mumbled again and I had to ask him what he was saying again he was asking me to insert my card. I got my card and Howard processed the refund and without any further words I walked away feeling like Howard was either totally burned out with his job at Panera or he was purposely trying to lose business for this location. The baguette with the soup was not good, the Broccoli Cheddar soup was good!

Don’t know why people complain so much about waiting during lunch time. Pick any place at lunch time that’s NOT busy. I’m patient and I understand if I go there at lunch that there will be a wait, I see tons of people when I go there and all they do is complain. The workers that are making your food are trying their best, it’s not fast food so be patient people. If you know your lunch is only 30 minutes then pick up fast food cause Panera is made to order and to me it’s worth the wait. People need to slow down and know the staff are trying their best. I love their food and I go a lot, but I bring my patience with me. Thanks Panera I know you all work hard.
