Save ur time . Wed apr 17 ,9pm. 2nd time I've come to the this store and gotten absolutely NO SERVICE. before you say it, not busy. Literally 1car in front of me at window. Waited 11 minutes at speaker, saying" hello " every so often. Not a single acknowledgement. Turned around and went inside, 1 person waiting for food. Again no acknowledgement for 4 minutes until finally I get"you have to use kiosk". Yeah right. When I left the same van was waiting for thier cheesy rollups and the car that was behind me was still waiting at the speaker... unreal. You can copy and paste this for my visit about a month ago

Antionette was great. They addressed the food and what was missing. Food was good, was cooked right, and put together nice not slapped together.

You can only order from the kiosk and not the counter. Despite the dining area being almost empty, it took a while to make my order.

Went to redeem free soft taco through drive through. Was informed I had to go inside due to shift change then was proceeded to be told that I had to use the kiosk. I wanted to order more than just the soft taco. But I was unable to with using a coupon and my card. Girl was really rude, I dont know maybe she had a bad day. I have went to multiple Taco Bells and even ones out of state and I haven't had someone talk down to me like that. I WON'T be stopping at this one again. I regret even going this time. Everyone is going through something, we should be kind to others.

This experience was horrible. Pulled up in the drivethru which was experiencing problems so I had to go inside. Then I waited at the counter to order when an employee came to the counter and pointed to the kiosk to order and I guess I'm just old I guess I looked at the girl confused and she said you order there like I was a moron. There were no steak options not sure if thats because they were out of steak and the menu auto adjusts for what they cant make or if with all the new menu changes they oliminated steak and just offer ground beef for the beef options. So I ordered 4 items and I did not finish a single item. I got 3 of the new value cravings items and a cheesy Gordita crunch that I ordered the one with the doritos locos taco and got the normal one and barely any meat on it and it was quite soggy only ate about half of that item. I tried the new loaded beef nachos. Which didn't have half the advertised toppings at all. It barely had beef in it. It was mostly beans and cheese with a dab of sour cream. I think there may have been a trace of beef in the bean and cheese mix. The lackluster toppings was not even the worst of it somehow it tasted through and through of old burnt fryer grease I don't know if they fry their chips there but the nachos were terrible didn't get half way through them before trashing them. The cheesy double beef burrito was the second item that had beef in the title that hardly had any beef in it unlike the nachos I definitely know there was beef among the beans. They should either make this beefy or rename it the cheesy double bean and rice burrito but that is already a value cravings item well without the word double. The last item I ordered was a 3 cheese chicken Flatbread melt. Maybe they were out of Flatbread or maybe the Flatbread is just a gordita shell bread whatever you call it but I am pretty sure that's what I got it was soggy just like the cheesy gordita crunch that I got barely any chicken not a lot of cheese at all mostly soggy shell thing filled with the sauce and a miniscule amount of chicken cheese. With all 4 items the quality was subpar the ingredients that all 4 were named after were lacking or seemingly not there at all. I'm not sure if this is a sign of Taco Bell lowering the bar. One location being subpar and giving a very bad representation of the menu and what the new changes mean for the customer experience. Or just a shift of people not caring what they send out the door. The only good thing I could even say is atleast the place was clean lol. Other than that worst experience I have had with tacobell in many years maybe ever. That's saying a lot considering during the height of covid there were staff and ingredient shortages inventory flow issues hour reductions and all kind of things that made a trip to taco bell less than desirable but this trip was a waste of time and money. I am trying to rack my brain to recall if I ever had such a disappointing tacobell trip I think this one takes the cake. Cured me of any concerns about cravings dragging me back to taco bell anytime in the near future.

Worst. Taco. Bell. Ever. The employees at this Taco Bell will talk bad about you on the line, give you harsh looks from over the counter, and then take 15 minutes to give you a bean burrito when the place is empty. I told Americana to have a great day and she threw my change in my hand after rolling her eyes at me.

When going in there and ordering we noticed that most if not all workers we're in the back on there phones and it took a minute to get them to come to us to pay with cash. The lady then short changed us about 30 cents but gave it back without apologizing and seemed very rude just throwing it in my hand. The food was alright but a little cold. They forgot an item and when telling them they started to get an attitude. The cheese for the nachos barely had anything in it and the wrapper for the soft taco was extremely wet.

Close this location already… Poor customer service and filthy. Placed a mobile order only to get there and place was closed. Came home and received notification that the order was ready and I then went back and was told they didn’t have any mobile orders. They had already took the money from my account. The employee that told me there was no mobile order didn’t even offer to go ahead and prepare the food. From other reviews they need to shut this one down.

The service was some of the worst we've ever received. Amerianna was the ignorant uneducated girl who took our order. We ordered two 12 packs of tacos & simply asked if we could have 1 hot sauce per taco & she looked my wife up & down & said we don't do that here. You could feel the racism emanating from off her along with the entitled arrogance. Whoever the owner is of this taco bell should teach the staff how 2 act in the civilized world.Parking: Terrible parking & worse layout

This is the worst Taco Bell, and the worst service I have ever experienced. I had a mobile order took me 25 minutes to get my order through the line. The lady at the window totally rude. I get your understaffed, but that's got nothing to do to explain your attitude, I wasn't rude or impatient. I asked why it took 25 minutes to get my order her reply you need to come in here and try to do this stuff, ma'am if Taco Bell is above your skill set, you might want to sit back and reevaluate your entire life. Four cars in line behind me decided it wasn't worth the wait and they left. How much business do they lose daily and weekly due to the inefficiency in the way this place is run?

I had a large order for my company on a wednesday afternoon at 1:20pm. Refused to help me in the drive thru and then refused to personally help me inside and made me use a Kiosk!!! Worst customer service ever I will never come here again! I understand their low staff but you couldn't help me at all personally??? I work in the customer service business this is terrible! I reached out to corporate about this. business this is terrible! I spent $102!!! My company will never come here again. Also, while I was waiting for my order they helped somebody else at the counter but refused to help me.
