Not a bad hotel to stay at, it is definitely on the smaller side and it is a little on the louder side since it is right by the highway but it was clean. Just keep the highway noise in mind if you think that is something that might bother you. I didn't like how the shower had a curtain instead of a door but other than that I had no issues with the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and I liked all the lights they had in there, it definitely had a cozy vibe. Staff were friendly and they have a super cute lobby! We don't utilize the pool but if they had a hot tub we probably would've. If the bathroom was a little nicer I would have given a 5 but like I said it was clean and that's what matters the most to me and it would've felt even more clean with a door instead of a curtain. Overall decent stay and would stay again!

I stay at a place like a Marriott courtyard because of the convenience of amenities. “The Bistro” has been a disappointment the say the least. I went down at 8:45AM to purchase a coffee only to find nobody there, and an “oh, they must have already left” for a reply from the front desk. This evening I stopped by for a drink to find they only have AB products which I do not drink. So I decided to order a drink, only to find they did not have any tonic, so okay give me club soda, “ oh we don’t have that either”Very poorly managed is my opinion.

The one night stay at this location was just OK initially I tried to check in a little early and was met with the Cold reception from the lady at the desk, On the second try later that day, the young man was more pleasant. The room itself is nice and clean, but the mattress is probably at the end of his age, even with the topper it was just fair. I did not use any of the other amenities on this stay.

I wish i could rate it a zero. I have stayed at this property numerous time but i will never come again. Deanna the desk clerk was super rude to my husband and myself so i cancelled my stay and called back and spoke to Joe Cilione or however you spell his name. He said he is the manager and that he would comp us a future stay and to just email him, I emailed him march 25 (the same day) and i never heard back from him. He came off as a con artist anyway! They have no amenities outside the limited balconies and they have the nerve to be liars and rude, Never Again!

Great room. We were close to the elevator & didn't have an issue with noise. Pool was heated but still cooler than I prefer. Didn't stop my kids from playing in it. Our room had a balcony. My kids loved to lay on it & play on tablets or read. Had an issue with the fridge not being cold & the toilet running. The toilet was fixed but sadly the fridge was not.

Front staff was very nice. An older hotel but clean and worked for the few hours we needed before and after our trip. We flew out of St Louis airport. Shuttle wasn’t running at the times we needed it and it was kind of expensive to Uber/Lyft. We parked our car there while we were gone and it was safe when we returned.

Good price for a St Louis hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Located off the Highway and convenient to anything in Earth City. Not really within walking distance to any restaurants or things to do, but easily drive-able. No free breakfast, but they didn't advertise one, so I can't complain. The couple of staff members we interacted with were polite and friendly.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament across multiple days some of the floors and the elevator reeked like weed. It's really disgusting. The people at the front desk really didn't care. The cleaning lady plays hip-hop music, loud in the hallway and that's also annoying. Multiple times I have to ask her to move the car so I can get by, she blocked the hallway with both a garbage can and the cart. They really need to work on their choice of employees . I don't care if people smoke weed or play music but wear headphones and smoke outside Also, the bathroom was dirty and back of the toilet with something nasty. My First one star stay at a Marriott property.

Good people and great environment!

Just an update. Not one person responded to my complaint. No call from management. No email. Hospitality is dead. Strange for a Marriott.

Really gross … hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Unfriendly front desk staff. Room smelled like tobacco and just old dirt. No blanket on bed. Torn furniture. Just gross. Worst Marriott I’ve experienced in a long time and I stay about 100 nights per year

Lovely hotel - Delicious morning breakfast (just recently added we understood), comfortable, incredibly clean, nice remodeled room with lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee pot, charging stations, etc...), reasonable rate and easy access to everything around Saint Louis. We came for a concert at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. The best part however, is the staff we encountered on our quick stay. Wonderful ladies at the front desk and breakfast bar! We'll stay again next time we're in the area.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Made reservation for handicap accessible room, confirmed a day prior to arrival (handicap room) and upon arrival...no handicap room! To make matters worse, the front desk employee did absolutely nothing! Didn't even get off his chair! Could have provided other hotel information, called the other hotels in the area, etc. But instead of helping, he chose to sit there and just wait for us to leave. There were no other customers in the lobby! Save yourself the headaches and go somewhere that doesn't discriminate!

management needs to get it together. this place is a disaster. bathroom had dead bugs, broken toilets, not enough comforters. i was given one of those thin blankets that you have for backup when someone stays on a couch. this is not a three stay hotel. not to mention - it is in a sketchy area of town . i'll be avoiding this chain entirely.

This hotel is SUPER tired. It needs a complete gut and remodel. There is a hotel next door - choose that one! The bed wasn't very comfortable, the pillows were flat as pancakes, and the shower had a curtain (gross) instead of a glass door.
