The customer service isn't good. Make sure you check your order before you walk out. The food was good. I tried the voodoo fries for the first time, they were good, I still prefer the original fries.

I never review but had to this time due to such a poor experience. I waited to pickup my doordash order amongst 6 others who were ignored while hot food sat on the shelves getting cold for 15 minutes, nobody knowing what belonged to who or if their food was out at all. The woman "working the front desk" was scarce, lazily helping her understaffed team in the back but wouldn't say a word to anybody waiting for their order. I had to bother her after waiting so long to ask if one of the ready bags was my order, which it was. I wish I could have just grabbed it myself.

Staff was rude and hateful when I took a second to look at the menu it being my first time (and last) here. When we walked in there was an employee taking a nap on the table and snoring, another was sitting at a table playing on an iPad. Cooks weren’t wearing gloves when handling food and the cashier was cursing very loudly after we order. It took 15 mins and we were the only ones in there.

Inconsistent quality - sometimes little to no sauce on wings, sometimes the fries are completely unseasoned. But I kept giving this location a chance because I love Wingstop. I got the completely wrong order tonight, and I'm not able to go back out and get it replaced. No more chances - I won't be back.

As soon as i find the pictures I'll post them, it was horrible, the wings were so over cooked they could be eaten.. the service was poor for a called in order that wasn't started until I asked for my order. Poor service and unbeatable wings!!

This place is a JOKE!!!!!! I walked in and was told I needed to order online only no walkins……after accommodating their request I waited over and hour in my car came in to get my food I was then told they was waiting on chicken. CHICKEN!! CHICKEN!!! Yes. A chicken restaurant was waiting on chicken to be cook. This is way I do not frequent this location. What a disgrace
