They forgot us and left us waiting in the parking lot. I had to go in and get my food. My Big Mac was basically thrown in the box. How hard is it to assemble a sandwich ?.It's always like this at the Brookfield store.
their fries were cold and had basically zero salt, they were slow when they had a full staff behind counters and three customer. my order was made over the app, but they made me wait 20 minutes and handed me empty cups. One of their staff sounded sick and she said "I'm not sick" but had a sickly sound in her voice.

We ordered and after waiting 50 minutes and our order not anywhere near ready, we asked for a refund. Our order was $20, and they gave us $14. Cut our losses and didn’t even bother to get our full refund because the employees were all yelling and cussing at each other. We were past done.
