We celebrated my mother's birthday last weekend here and let me tell you it was amazing. The service was fantastic, the food was wonderful and they even had a great dessert item.I had the quesadilla burger which is wonderful, the fries were crispy and hot! Best fries i've had in awhile.I have been told that the business dynamic has changed and it really showed on a busy Saturday night .We will be coming back again more and more.

Waitresses and bartender disappeared to the parking lot to go smoke middle of the day where the customers could see them. The poor manager was in the back looking like she was helping doing dishes and came out to help us we appreciate her.

Until last night, we hadn't been to Applebee's in several years. Everything was great--food, service, atmosphere. We're putting this restaurant back on our list of 'go-to' restaurants in Cape.
I paid 3.00 extra for the little dab of slaw. It would have been fine if it would have been edible. It tasted like it was from the day before. The waitress was not friendly at all. She forgot our lemons. Then forgot our cheese sauce. We had to ask for refills on drinks. We have been here many times and I see it going down hill. This was probably our last.

I ordered the riblets platter with no sauce on them but on the side. I wanted to smell and inspect my food before I ate it. I purchased the riblet platter, this came with more riblets, but that's not what I received. I didn't want to make a big deal about it, so I didn't say anything. I ate my food, and left a tip for the waitress. She was really nice.

Went here for dinner and after walking in we were never greeted by hostess or waiter. Instead we were starred at for 15mins by all of them. After asking a waiter if we were supposed to seat ourselves they rudely walked away and didn’t answer the question. We then went up to the bar and asked the bartender what the hell was going on since we had now been waiting for 20 mins and was disrespected by the worker. He then told us he would send the hostess over, after waiting another 15 mins a waiter came and sat us. The table was dirty and horribly sticky. We never received our waters, silver ware, or napkins. They messed up 2 separate orders as well. Truly can’t believe I had to pay for that.
