I'm not usually one to call out a place where I've eaten, but I feel like I've got to warn my fellow travelers and locals about a recent visit to Burger King.So, here's the deal: I was out chasing the total solar eclipse—a pretty cool reason to travel, right? And I needed to grab a quick breakfast. Burger King was my stop. At first glance, everything seemed fine. I went for a sausage biscuit, thinking it was a safe bet. Oh boy, was I wrong.Fast forward a few hours, and I'm hugging the toilet, thanks to some serious food poisoning. Since that sausage biscuit was the only thing I had eaten that day, it was clearly the culprit.I'm sharing this story not because I enjoy griping about a bad meal, but because I genuinely want to help others avoid the same mistake. Eating on the road can be a bit of a gamble, and this time, I lost big. Hopefully, this heads-up helps you dodge a bullet and keep your travels happy and healthy.

Fries and onion rings arrived stone cold, undercooked and so much salt they couldn't be eaten. Whopper had two CHUNKS! of lettuce and had to be taken off. Bacon was all fat and removed also! Where the f- are the mangers in this place? 40.00 down the drain. Don't Order!

Took our kid to eat and play in the play place since there ain’t many left, and it was extremely nasty. Crumbs everywhere, sticky stuff all over the floor, and hair all in it. It’s 3pm on a Monday so I know it ain’t too busy here to clean it.

We love the food but the younger people working the front shut the play place down early and we felt rushed to eat our food that we got to dine in. And they also broke down the ice cream machine so we couldn't get that either. It was only 8pm.

Ignored by staff. Finally ordered on the app. Took 15 minutes. Food was wrong. Then cold when replaced. Other customers had to be refunded due to time to get their order. Hire better staff.
I'll never go to Broadway BK ! Poorest service, cold food, unfriendly staff!

Food was pretty good after I finally got it at the drive thru. I placed a mobile order on the app and when I pulled up to the drive thru I was asked to wait over 5 minutes even though I was the only vehicle in line. Had to sit at the drive thru window and watch the KIDS as they screwed around instead of working. The kid at the drive thru window finally brought me my order after having bagged it up and left it sitting while he talked to the other KIDS for about 5 minutes. The work ethic of some of the kids now days is pathetic. They have no clue what customer service is!

Took almost thirty minutes to get two kids meals, a burger and fries. Staff was not helpful or apologetic in the slightest, and they were not busy.
