Absolutely the worst service in cape..or anywhere I've ever been,and after looking at other reviews it wasn't and isolated incident. We literally waited an hour and 45 mins before anyone bothered to show up at our table. To make a long story short,then our server charged another tables items to our bill,then proceeded to throw a tantrum when we disputed it. Unbelievable! Don't ever go to this place if you want to relax and enjoy your evening,spending your hard earned money. This place is totally unprofessional,and totally chaotic.

We went for the dueling pianos. Dogwoods Facebook did not say to make reservations for this event. Showed up, told all seats were full due to needing a reservation, but could sit outside on patio or inside in general area. We turned around and left.

We had over five machines steal our money from being broken, in addition to several other machines being so broken they wouldn't turn on. Their ticketing system was also broken, and apparently so was their wait staff.
Purchased 2 arcade card packages however, None of the arcade games worked. Spoke to a worker that acknowledged the systems were lagging but when I asked why I wasn’t told that before I made the game card purchases his response was it’s his job to sell the arcade cards. Why would people be allowed to purchase cards when 90% of the games don’t work. Had there been a sign saying that the arcade was having difficulties, the choice of whether or not to purchase, would have been mine. This place is a complete joke. When I asked for a refund, I was told no and that I can come back another day when the machines worked. I don’t reside in Missouri, only visiting. But they will never have to worry about me or anyone that asks me about this place ever going. Bad business!

Our family came to town for a sports event and decided to stop in to have an enjoyable night only to receive the worst service and be treated like we were taking up space. $100 bill only to be completely ignored. We had to go up to the bar several times to ask for things only to be told by the kind bartender that unfortunately she could not do anything but get us drinks. Not one time did our server come to us until we went to search. I still tipped him very well because that’s just the way we are. Such a waist of money and time. Oh and let’s not forget to mention that a server told another table that they could ask us to move off of a game if they wanted to play it. Needless to say once she saw how I looked at her she didn’t do that! I do not tolerate disrespect towards my children!
