It took over a hour and a half to get my sub sandwich and mozzarella cheese sticks and I was at work almost about to be off and would have missed me and it was cold do better we all in the service industry and deserve hot food and in a timely manner that was my dinner and wasn't happy at all with the results and I still tipped cause that's how we were raised!!!

Very friendly lady at the front. She did an amazing job greating us and taking our money. The bad: RAW PIZZA DOUGH. Absolutely terrible pizza that can make someone sick with that much raw dough. With as thin as their pizza is I am shocked at how undercooked our pizzas were. They came soggy and disgusting. Wings were tough and overcooked. Dry and tasteless. For a $90 order they don't seem like they want any more of those.

IMOS used to be our favorite pizza, but the last 3 times we’ve been to the IMOS on Kingshighway, the pizzas have been over cooked.One of those times, I took friends with us who had never been to an IMOS. I had to tell them “don’t judge IMOS by our visit today.”

Our first time ordering from this pizza chain while traveling through the state and staying at a hotel. Our order arrived missing the sauce, and the food wasn't very good. Wouldn't order from here again.

I'm not sure if delivery is done by Imo's or if it is outsourced but I have had multiple recent deliveries where the drivers were either rude or complained about tips before I could get the cash out of my pocket. Food is good just the recent deliveries have made me not want to order anymore.

*edit in reply to the response from owner*It has been about 7 years since I was in-town and ordered Imo's. The pizza, garlic bread, and provel balls were fantastic, and exactly how I remembered them. I was just a bit disappointed with the toasted ravs that we ordered. Maybe I remember them differently, or maybe the recipe has changed in the last several years, but I wasn't as big a fan of them as I used to be.I don't want this to denigrate from an overall great experience from a food from my past, and have updated the overall score accordingly.
Ordered on their website, but it was delivered by DoorDash. Took forever to get to me and then when it did finally arrive, it was cold. I won’t be ordering again. It was very disappointing.
