Terrible service almost every time my food is made wrong which is frequently. Then today I asked for a remake and instead of making my food fresh they just took the old sandwich and added what was missing to the old sandwich guess they thought I wouldn't notice!!!

I love this jimmy John’s. They are always fast, even when they say they are behind or deliveries are taking longer than usual. I order a custom sandwich that is made correctly everytime, and the presentation is always excellent. Thank you for the great food.
