Just ordered a Large all meat specialty pizza online. The pizza was soaked with grease all through the bottom of the box. I get that pizza in general is a greasy food but when it soaks through the bottom of the box it's unappetizing. My boyfriend who loves pizza stopped eating after his second piece saying that it's just too greasy and salty. Overall very disappointed in the product we received.

Ordered pizza was given the wrong Order called to take care of it didn't think it would be a big deal the Manger didn't believe us started yelling at us hung up on us and any time we called back they would just continue to hang up on us we just wanted the right Order we had it delivered we ended up just having to drive to Marco's and get are money back never had any problems with before just new management.

Ordered dinner last week and there was a fly baked into my pizza. I called to inform a manager and spoke with the only guy working that evening who apologized and sent me a full refund since I did NOT want him to remake my food. The next morning I got a phone call from the day shift manager who's only concern was why I picked up my order AND got a full refund. After telling her what happened, her only response was "oh ok, I just wanted to make sure, Goodbye"..... As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, I would have felt terrible and at the least acted like I cared. I am 8 months pregnant and threw up violently for hours just at the thought that I almost bit into a fly and then second guessing if I had ate one earlier and didn't notice. I understand things happen but this was an absolutely disgusting experience and I'm still sick about it.

We love our Marco's in Cape Girardeau. However, I was just told that the BOGO offer could only be applied to a VIP account. I cannot find how to sign up for a VIP account. I have spent 15 minutes trying to find the information to sign up!

Usually I love this place, but my experience the other day was not a good one! Went to pick up a pizza my mother ordered and I asked numerous times about it and they told me they didn't have anything. So I re-ordered the same thing and waited for it. When my mother tried to call to ask they said oh I thought she said another name even though I gave first last and address multiple times.. long story short they wouldn't cancel the order so she ended up having to pay twice for the same order. They did look very short staffed and I'm sure they were overwhelmed but still no one seemed to care.

I ordered the evening of 5/27/23. This was my 1st visit to a Marco's pizza, only to be left with a bad 1st impression. Before I left with my order I asked if my sauces were in one of the boxes, she said yes. They were not in there. I also was not given the parmesan cheese packets I ordered. My toppings were not correct. One side was supposed to have onion, the other side green pepper. Both were on the same side. Overall the pizza and cheese bread were good.
