Been looking for a Mexican grocery store all over town. So glad I found Monte Blanco. Great selection of Mexican products, too. I will be back many times to get the ingredients I need! Didn't try to food, but will very soon.

First, let's clear up the location part. It's NOT on Broadway. It's on S BroadVIEW next to Cici's pizza. Carne asada tacos were good. Meat a little dry, but otherwise, no complaints. Enchiladas were good as well. Menu is a little limited, but you get a good basic selection of authentic Mexican dishes. And it's not overpriced. I give it 3 stars since this is my first visit here, but despite the small issues I had, I'll definitely be back to try more!

We stopped in at the mention of tacos al pastor with homemade tortillas and they gave us a sample of flan that was rich and delicious. Of course, also homemade. I am excited to come back and try something from their breakfast menu such as huevos con nopales or sweet tamales. The couple was very friendly- excited about coming back!
