I’m not generally a huge fan of pizza, but I LOVE theirs! We always get the Paglias special. Even the salad bar is fresh and clean. Another big plus is that their pizza is almost as good reheated as it was fresh!I’ve yet to have a better pizza!???

Tried Pagliai's while in town and it was super busy, so I expected it to take awhile but surprisingly it was pretty fast. All I got was a small Pepperoni Pizza to go. It was good. Was it the best? No. But it was worth the money and enjoyable. The service was great. I would go again.

I ordered online delivery as I have before. First thing was the delivery time was at least 15 mins after given time, that was okay because I get it, it was Friday evening. Second thing the driver puts my food on the ground as I'm at the door opening it. I get inside and the pizza was cold and wrong as well as the appetizers were cold. I call the app slice which is the preferred delivery service Pagliais uses, they reach out to the restaurant to reorder and tells me they will just refund for the pizza because there's noone else to bring my delivery. I still had to pay same delivery fee and tip for the wrong cold cheese pizza and cold appetizers I only bought to get the rewards that I also did not recieve because my order did not meet the qualifications for it. That was not the first time I got the wrong pizza from the delivery service but was the last because I will not be ordering again. I also think that was very poor customer service for Pagliai's to not make sure I got the correct pizza using their preferred delivery service.

I've only eaten at Pag's twice. The first time was 7 years ago and the food wasn't bad just not memorable, so I thought I'd try it again. Food was terrible this visit. I ordered the spaghetti special and it tasted like chemicals, it was unedible. I have never had spaghetti that was bad, let alone inedible. I ordered a pizza to replace my meal, and it was edible but was supposed to have pepperoni, onion, sausage and mushroom. However, 90% of the topping was mushroom. The pizza was edible, but nothing special. Don't waste your money.

If you're looking for a family-friendly spot while exploring Downtown Cape Girardeau, I highly recommend giving Pagliai's (with a hard G) a try.Parking: There is parking spots near the restaurant, but generally, finding parking in downtown Cape Girardeau can be challenging.
