I really enjoy patronizing this Panera Bread everytime I get the chance to go to Cape Girardeau, MO. I love the customer service & how clean they keep this store & the food is always fresh & hot! I also like the fact that they have outlets where you can plus your devices at every table & how nice the furniture & the layout of the restaurant! This Panera Bread is flawless! ???

The food was very good and made fresh. My only complaint would be the price. A bowl of soup and half a sandwich with a drink and a cookie (1/2 off with purchase) was just under $20. I am not faulting the restaurant...this is a bigger problem.

the management of this place has very very poor commutation regarding a former employee... started working at this job on Monday (01/15) and only worked one week that week the next day on Tuesday (01/16) around 5am i sprained my ankle really bad and had texted the manager mark to tell him what happened yet still no response to my message BUT he had seen my message told there assistant manager in training yet again still no response from mark.. then texted them again to tell them i still cant walk on my foot and need another week of recovery, they told me they wanted to let me go and because of there poor communication, i was waiting for a response for a week regarding my foot.. ive never been so hurt and disappointed in this restaurant to not respond to there former employee for having a serious and severe sprained ankle This is POOR communication for them and ill never walk into this place again if that is how they are gonna treat there employees.

Drinks were all very good and staff was courteous.I had a sandwich with chicken and the breast was cold in the middle so that's not ideal.Generally a decent Panera as they go.

Theft!!!! I sent an email 10/19/23. I drove over an hour round trip. My pick up order was 15 minutes late. AND I was charged for 4 bread bowls. Impossible to look at times in drive through, due to 8 pieces of bread on top of items and no way to wash my hands. I got home 45 minutes after the fact and was shorted two bread bowls. Had my receipt. Contacted them promptly. Still no reply to this day. I get errors, because people are human. But you chose not to make it right. ps....the bread was stale. I spent nearly 90$ on a pick up order and you ignored my complaint. To me, that is theft in your part. YOU charged me for items not recived. I still have my receipt!!!! And that food was NOT worth 90$. The avocado chicken sandwich had a few bites of chicken and the soups were watersed down. Watered down soup??????????
