All the calls go to a call center in some country, that I'm not giving my debit card number too. Worse decision they have ever made . Now I just don't order from there.

This was by far the worst meal I've ever had from papa John's there was so much grease the pizza fell off of the crest and couldn't taste anything but grease it was so disgusting I just spent $30 on food that just literally went in the trash didn't even get nothing to eat but I paid for it trash I paid for trash.

If you call in an order it is transfered to a customer service operator at alternate location. There is a pretty bad language barrier and the customer service is very poor. The staff is inadequate and takes too long to prepare food. My pizza to over 30 mins for pick up. Dominoes has much better service and responsiveness.

Pizza was pretty good but idk whats up with inability to give tomatoes fresh on the side..stupid policy in my opinion.
We ordered a Papa John's pizza for our lunch. We had it delivered. Wait time was supposed to be about 35 minutes. They were here with a hot pizza in 20 minutes. Delivery driver was super nice, too!
