We placed a group order totaling over $100, when I called to say we’re missing an order I was told by Mario, District Manager, that I was lying because he “packed that order himself” but my order was no where to be found after being delivered. I asked for the order to be credited and it was only partially credited to the card.

Literally some of the rudest staff I’ve met. I’ve gone here a few different times hoping for better treatment and every single time I’ve been met with rude staff who act like they hate their jobs and hate the customers for giving them their service. This place will lose my business and that’s sad because I really enjoy this place.
