7/10 times I come here they are rude and monotone. I pull up to the window “order when you’re ready” I respond “hi there can I get a 32 oz hulk coffee vanilla” she responds short “pull to the window” I pull up she takes the card and goes to hand me a small drink. I say i wanted a 32 she takes drink back saying nothing. I felt awful. She comes back later and does apologize and hands me my drink. It’s lighter in color this time. This one is the hulk but has no coffee. I was really looking forward to my caffeine boost and idk if it was deliberate or not. It still tastes great always does but it’s just disappointing. I love smoothie king and go a lot but I’m just getting really tired of the “idc” attitude and frankly rude service. I get most people don’t like to work but man I just wanted my smoothie. If the employees took more time with the customer and tried making a connection I feel there would be less mistakes and better reviews. The smoothies always slap tho just the service sucks.

Such a refreshing and healthy lunch or snack! I had their strawberry kiwi smoothie and it was delicious. It was filling but didn't make me feel too full and I felt good about the decision I made for lunch. Thanks, Smoothie King...keep on blending and I'll be back for more!

Put Smoothie King in our GPS route and went out of the way off the highway to get to this store with advertising of store hours updated 4 days ago. Closed 35 minutes early! Call ahead if your going to this location to make sure the advertised hours are correct!

Not sure if this is the cape guiradeu store, but we came here tonight and my smoothie was awful and not to mention no cars in the parking lot and none in the drive up but us and it took soooo long to get the smoothies we ordered. And mine wasn’t even what I usually get plus it made me sick on the way home. Also we came several weeks ago on a Friday night and went through the drive through again and took forever to get smoothies. I feel it’s time to not come there anymore.

Worst customer service ever. The young girl working was very unpleasant. As soon as I walked in I was not greeted with a hello, or welcome to Smoothie King. She immediately said in a angrily tone “it’s really busy, and it's going to be at least a 10 minute wait. We are really behind.” I wanted to leave right then, but I didn’t. I tried calling to speak to the manager the next day, but they never called me back. It has been two weeks now. It seems they don’t care how they treat their customers. I will not be back.

I attempted to visit this establishment at about 6:50 this evening. I had looked up the hours on Google which verified that they were open until 8PM. After pulling into the drive thru, directly after a truck, I watched this person roll his window down and order a smoothie. After he pulled forward, I pulled up to the speaker, waited a couple minutes and then was told by the person inside that "Because we are five minutes until close, we're not accepting any more orders"I wish I would have pointed out to the person that it was actually closer to 10 minutes before 7, NOT five and what kind of establishment turns away paying customers BEFORE the business closes?! If you want to stop serving people at 6:55 then MAKE THAT YOUR STORE HOURS. Not only that, but your Google hours says you close at 8. I can't get over the fact that they served the person who pulled into the line literally seconds before me and not myself.As someone who has worked in the customer service industry my entire adult life, this is not the way you create new and loyal customers. I will not be visiting this business ever again and I will urge others to proceed with caution when it comes to this business.

staff is very disrespectful. not worth the 30 minute wait for one drink. owner seems to think she is entitled because of her monthly income. very pricey. unfair and unorganized business overall.
