The order board never works yet they don’t put a sign on it. It takes an eternity to get your food even when there isn’t even hardly anyone in there. It’s super hard to pull up to the window and the order is wrong (my experience only) about 40% of the time. No idea how they have 4 stars

I never leave reviews on companies good or bad, some people have off days. But I genuinely hope this reaches someone who can do something about it. But NEVER in my life have I ever seen someone wearing gloves, going from the register where they just touched money and coming back to handle food while wearing the same gloves. This is not okay as we live in an area where people overdose by simply just touching money. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever personally witnessed and experienced. I walked out the moment she touched my food with her contaminated gloves.

There was a newer employee there, i did not get her name, but she did a fantastic job in communicating with me and was a pleasure. all three employees working this afternoon were so kind and had such friendly demeanor. truly made my day!Vegetarian options: the veggies looked fresh and were delicious!

Just visited the Broadway location for the first time in months and even got to meet their new manager. She's a great team leader and working with the employees to get the store well cleaned and organized. I was glad to see the young man making my sandwich was watching to make sure he only used the best looking veggies and not anything browning or drying out. Thank you for a great sandwich, I'll be sure to visit again soon.Vegetarian options: There are lots of veggies available to make an awesome sandwich even if you don't eat meat.

I'll make sure to never eat here again... my boyfriend and I received our sandwiches burnt and smokey tasting(didn't even eat half), called them the next morning because they were closed by the time I was home and nobody answered so I just called the next morning, I tell the lady that answered what was wrong and the lady even responds back that she noticed our food looked a little burnt and that the toaster was smokey. After all that she tells me I can come have my sandwiches replaced and I told her I would just like my money back , she then tells me she has to contact her gm, no big deal but also said she'd contact me back... 5 hours later and I have yet heard from anyone.

Legit the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Waited in the drive thru forever. Was never helped, then as I’m driving away they ask for my order. I go to the window, and pretend they don’t see me. Um okay…

Owners are very rude to workers and then tells them that keeping their store open in a bad winter storm with ice on the roads wind is blowing hard is more important then their life’s…. Very sad that they think making a dollar is more important then a human life when everything in town was closing early due to the weather.. and then tell workers they make cars that have 4 wheel drive!!! Well I’m sorry everyone can’t afford a 4 wheel dr just because they can! The man was really rude there is no heat in the store it was below freezing outside and the workers can’t even wear a jacket!!!! So why don’t he worry about fixn the heat then yelling at the employees cause they was told by the Gm to close the store at 6!!

Ordered a sandwich that came plain for some reason nothing on it but the bacon, chicken and ranch. They forgot, for some reason, the lettuce, tomato, red onion and cheese that goes on it! Its the chicken and bacon ranch sandwhich. Very upsetting to find this out when I got back to work to eat. Spent $12 for a sandwhich that was missing 4 things!!! Someone needs to relearn what goes on the sandwhiches at this location. Will not be back. Super upset.
