My husband picked us up 2 tuna foot longs last night. His wheat bread was dry and stale and my Italian herb and cheese bread was not quite done and hardly had any herbs in it. Both of our sandwich’s hardly had any tuna or vegetables on them. I’m not sure what is going on at this shop, but it’s the second time that we have received sandwiches that had sparse amounts of meats and vegetable and had stale bread. It did not used to be that way and possibly someone is orienting the staff to make the sandwiches like that. I hate to say it, but we will be taking our business to a different sandwich shop from now on. The manager needs to look into this restraint because I’m sure that we are not the only ones that have had this experience.

Nice establishment. Adequately staffed.All 3 of us ordered subs toasted..same as we get everywhere. Don't know what they do differently, but bread was dried out and hard to the point the outside crumbled off! Probably should have had all made over..$30+ spent and disappointed!

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location! On my visit on the morning of July 10, 2023 at 8:30AM, I encountered an employee whose professionalism was lacking. After working in the storage room, she did not even bother to change her soiled gloves. When I inquired about the SEMO student discount, she informed me that according to her boss, this discount was no longer available. She also seemed highly disgruntled while performing her job, displaying no friendliness whatsoever. It seems that I'll need to find an alternate dining option moving forward. (Note: I checked SEMO’s website right after talking to her and the discount still there)

HORRIBLE. Worst subway I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot seeing it’s my favorite restaurant. My sandwich looked like they just threw the stuff on. It was sloppy. They were careless.
Friendly staff. But they need more employees. There was only one employee working. But he did an outstanding job considering being understaffed.

Food great but the establishment itself needs help. Every time I go in it’s only one worker always and these past two visits I had to leave before getting food because they are so short staffed and waiting almost 15 mins cuts my time out before going to work and it’s kind of upsetting cause now I’m going to work no lunch and I can’t just leave and go grab something… I just say for management you need to get in there and help your team out knowing you all are short staffed
