We usually have great service here. However, this evening, we went through drive thru and they ended up getting our order wrong. No biggie, we took it inside to ask for it to be fixed. It took a good 5 minutes for someone to wait on us, after they stared at us. After all of that, someone finally comes to help us. We explain the problem, they say they will fix it. Some guy begins fixing it, but when my husband has a question about it, the guy, starts arguing with my husband and threatens to call the cops. I assume he was the manager considering no one else came out to diffuse the situation. Cherry on top???? They say my taco shell on the bare counter top instead of the paper. I'll never go back there.

While the drive-thru is quite fast, the dining room is the opposite. Expect to be told to use the self-order screen even though someone is behind the cash register.
Annoyed, I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and a grilled cheese steak burrito, and both had lettuce. Nothing I ordered is supposed to have lettuce to begin with. Lettuce gives me hives. I had to throw it all away. Just says that the prep area is disgusting. ? very

Didnt order any food. Drive through employee made it very clear she was bothered by us wanting to order something. It was 9 in the morning. We wanted lunch. They start selling lunch at 9. She tells us we have to wait 3 minutes to order lunch. So I said ok we’ll come inside and wait. She huffed very loudly and went ahead and took our lunch order. However, they were “out” of anything we wanted. I get up very early in the morning and travel for work. I do a lot of drive through eating. This specific Taco Bell I have been to a few times always terrible customer service.
