Nice place very quite subdued area and building, good bed and shower, TV system was subpar but I really wasn’t there to watch TV so didn’t matter. Nice coffee shop in the building and nice people run this, I would recommend.

Last night we had a cozy stay at Folger Street Inn & Coffeehouse . The hostess was very sweet and made us feel right at home. Next time we travel through the area for the Carrollton County Fair, we will definitely stay here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️UPDATE: My 5-year-old loved the dairy-free "cookies" I brought back for her. She let me have a bite and I agree, the protein bites were delicious.Rooms: The rooms are nice and cozy. They are very clean. Free wifi and TV.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Carroll county for a visit, this is it. Comfortable, Clean, Economical and Hospitality that is above and beyond any expectations. It was a wonderful place to stay and respite from stressful trave that was just what was needed. On top of the rooms, the coffee is exceptional. Add in theie Brewery, Food and Beer quality, my wife is still sad she was unable to bring home a growler of their Juniper Seasonal Ale. It cannot be beat. If you have never visited a small town and want the "Hallmark" experience this would serve you well. For those of us whom grew up in small towns and longed to see their renaissance, this is an amazing start.

I stayed here Fall of 2021 and was excited to come back this Spring. Room 201 is quiet and comfortable! The Inn is a "small city block and a half" walk to River Bottoms Brewery which has good food and brews. The coffee and gluten free treats here at the coffeehouse are excellent. As an added perk there has been a lovely gentleman drinking tea and doing pen sketches on envelopes that he leaves out for anyone to take.

A review from someone that pretty much lives in hotels and on the road. What a fantastic place! Peaceful, quiet, comfortable. I stayed in two of the rooms over two different visits the last two weeks. I love the open downstairs with seating. The rooms are large and the beds extremely comfortable. Given that it was an older gorgeous house I wondered about hot water, have no fears! The hot water almost deserved it's own 5 star review. I will be back!

Carrollton is a small town but this was an amazing find! Was in town for a family wedding. Decided to stay here instead of a motel. Super happy we choose this Inn. All their employees seem to genuinely like their job. It shows in their happy and helpful attitude. So cozy, beautiful, comfortable beds, very clean and affordable. The wonderful smell of good coffee all throughout the home. I feel this is definitely worth a bit of a drive out of your way to stay if you're in the area. The add on room was perfect for our young adult son traveling with us. I appreciate the cleanliness of the whole place. Quaint town with many beautiful old homes and church bells on Sunday morning. The morning pot of coffee was very good. We will definitely stay again when in town. Highly recommend!
