I waited for an hour and half with 2 other customers. When the 2 other customers orders finally came up I asked about mine and was told they could not find my order. I waisted my time sitting there for that long for no reason. While the 2 other people and I waited we was able to count 4 orders that was wrong.

The food is amazing and they are fast and polite. Best sushi I have ever had and I will continue to go to them. I get four of my rolls for a little over $30 and I can have two for lunch and two for dinner. I have also tried the shrimp bento box and I loved everything that came with it.

Called in my order and they said 10/15 minutes. Showed up and they gave me a buzzer, after 30 minutes I asked for a refund since I needed to leave. They then show me My food that had been ready the whole time, and apparently don’t know how to do cash refunds. The girl was also rude and let me know “that sucks” when I stated I had been waiting.

Every single time I’ve come here it’s AMAZING. The portions are plentiful and I can get one meal for less than $25 and I can eat on it for 2 days! And they are so sweet and kind. My dogs were in the car and it was hot so they gave me some water and ice. Definitely my favorite place in Carthage.
