Creperies in Carthage

“While in town for my son’s archery tournament, I found this cute little coffee shop. I enjoy trying new things, so I left my drink choice up to a couple of girls behind the counter. My only request was to include salted caramel and make it sweet. They did a fabulous job! Whatever it was, it was super yummy!I also ordered the Almond Butter Banana Crunch Toast and OMGsh was it good!! Who knew toast could be so delicious ?!? I'm positive it will be on my mind for a while. I wish I lived closer. I would definitely be a regular.“
