Food was Overdeep fried, It tasted like old cooking oil. A mashed potatoes was like wallpaper paste. The chocolate bunt cake also tasted like old oil it was saturated in oil. The staff was not only unhelpful, but they were rude. Unfortunately, all the kentucky fried chickens, in my area, are like to this. Including this one. More than unsatisfactory, if I could give zero stars, I would. For a bucket of twelve piece chicken, two sides, one box of four piece chicken, and a large Pepsi cost me over $71. It's absolutely ridiculous. I think I am totally done with Kentucky fried chicken now. Such a shame they used to be the best Fried chicken around. ?

We went inside to dine in at around 6:50 pm and the girl behind the counter greeted us with "the dining room closes at 7". I asked if we weren't done eating by then would we have to leave? She replied yes because the dining room closes at 7. Needles to say, we left. I had a bad experience with the rudeness of the staff before but thought I'd give them another chance. Anyone can have a bad day. After this time I won't be back. I'd rather drive to the Webb City kfc, much better service there.

I ordered through the mobile app and my order said it would be done by 5:36. I showed up at 5:45 and they hadn’t started my order. I waited for my order and when I got home they gave me 3 chicken sandwiches with NO CHICKEN ON THEM (just a bun with pickles on it). How is it even possible to put 3 buns in packages with no chicken and not notice? I called, apparently they can’t refund “it’s a third party.” I had to drive 10 miles back to town and they offered me an extra chicken sandwich. I’ve never met a bigger bunch of morons.
