One again we cannot get a decent Pizza from here. Today we paid 22 dollars and change for a large Pizza with 6 toppings including extra cheese and sauce. Half the Pizza had one topping and a very thin layer of cheese. The other half of the Pizza had three toppings and three toppings we ordered weren't on the Pizza. Unfortunately we cannot have decent a Little Caesars Pizza from this store no matter how much money we give them. This is the third and last time we will be ordering Pizza from this store.

Walked inside to get a pizza only to be ignored I understand your busy drive thru lane buzzer goes off and the guy working proceeds to take their order than another cane then another car I’m being patient and than he walks over sees me looks directly at him I said hi how’s it going he turns around doesn’t say a word and goes back to handing pizza out the window I will never go to this location again Joplin has way better service

Always very slow… they mess up on our online orders 90% of the time… if it weren’t good pizza I wouldn’t even mess with coming here… the Carthage, MO location is a COMPLETE circus…. Poor management and terrible customer service.

Edit went yesterday same thing lady asked if trying to feed kids after closeing early again! They make there own hours put a online order in at 8pm says 9 close show up doors locked lights off do better!

Worse Drive thru I've ever been thru...order, move, wait...then get back in line to p/u...should have 2 windows..one to pay and the other to p/u...one lady ordered on line and had been waiting an hour to get hers...New owners needed...this place is a train wreck...
pizza was under cooked, vegetables were soggy, mushrooms were disgusting like they're canned, and barely any sauce. Had them remake it for it to be the same. Seems like all the carthage fast food locations are worth skipping.

I used the app to make an order, I ordered our pizza around 5 and scheduled it for pick up at 6:30. My adult son stopped by right at 6:30 to pick up the pizza after he had just got off work. He was told it wasn’t ready yet, so to pull around and wait for them to signal to him that it was ready. He waited until 7 pulled up to the window to see if it was ready yet, he was told not yet. This is all while cars was going thru the drive thru picking up their pizzas. Finally at 7:30 he was signaled his pizza was ready. He brings the pizza home and it was a joke. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperonis and bacon. We got a normal pep pizza with a few bacon on it, they didn’t even cut the pizza right. We ordered two orders of bread sticks, one was decent the other order was over cooked, dry and crunchy. I will never recommend this place.

Have been tryign to place an order online for 18 mins. I have been trying to call the store to order for 18 minutes. He put me on hold and never came back. This was for a Kindergarten class pizza party. How disappointing.
