The website said it would be ready in 15 min. Got there, was ignored at the drive-through for 10 minutes, and had to wait another 10 for my order. Pizza was not even that good. I'm going to stick with Casey's. So sad.

We had delivered! They forgot chessy bread! Driver was excellent! Apologized! Went back & got, & brought soda as a sorry! Way cool! So was good! Ate it more like a last course!

Order pasta and wings online. I gave them the address added OFFICE and they did not bring silverware. Called and they said we can bring you silverware. Who wants cold food pasta and wings. No napkins either. Come on it is common sense when you order food at your office you need silverware and napkins. Am I suppose to eat pasta with my fingers. Seriously!!!!!!!! The cheese sticks was so hard my daughter broke her tooth. You deserve no stars. Horrible service and food. Now I am going to pay a dang dentist bill. Thanks pizza hut. The pasta was VERY DRY and thr vegetables we hard. When the delivery driver came back, she flopped the food on my desk and walked out. Customer service and food quality has gone down the drain. Remember pizza hut if it wasn't for your customers you would not have a job. Ship up or ship out.

There is basically one person running the entire store. Does delivery, makes the food and runs the store. By herself. And she is pregnant. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

$60 bucks for a pizza and three orders of chicken wings... was trying to give them some business & hubs was wanting the stuffed crust pizza. Good- 1) Food was hot when it was delivered. 2) Delivery driver was super friendly. 3) Wait wasn't too long at 30 minutes. 4) Everything smelled good. Not good- 1) Lemon pepper wings were overly seasoned. 2) Pizza was chewy and flavorless. 3) Spicy garlic wings were in a soup of sauce and extremely messy to eat. We learned our lesson & won't be doing that again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE 10/14/23 Order placed online at 6:34 pm, said my order would be ready at 7:00 pm. Arrived at 7:05, after waiting 5 mins someone came to the window and said my order wasn't ready, come back in 8-10 mins. Arrive back at 7:17 pm. Sat in the drive thru until 7:40 behind another vehicle and finally pulled out of the drive thru line and went inside. No one comes to the counter, I asked the 1 guy that was making pizza if my order was back there. He didn't look at me and told the other 4-5 people in the back to come up front. 5 MORE mins of standing there wasting my time and no one bothers to come to the counter I finally left, with no dinner. Over 1 full hour wasted! I paid online when I ordered and my account was charged. This is by far the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my 48 years of life! Everyone in that business tonight should be fired!!

Took 2 hours to get my pizza my family was hungry and sleepy order at 10 do not get it tell midnight. It's was all cold and didn't get a sorry or even a discount worst experience domino's never had this problem

At what point do you say I just do not care, obviously that is something the staff on 6/21/23 at 9:00pm are at. Do they just want to ruin someone’s evening who tips well and almost never complains. Yet here we are with a crust that looks like it has been sitting out for a year and yet I’m expected to pay $36 dollars with tip and $4 delivery fee and take this trash like I am supposed to be happy that they were nice enough to make it for me. I’m not here trying to cause trouble I just want some accountability for this awful service.

Pizza hut pizza just isn't as good as it used to be. Also, they could do a better job of getting sauce, cheese, and toppings to edge of pizza.

Only have one waitress waiting on everyone. And when you go to pickup your pizza if you carryout it takes 5 or 10 minutes for them to wait on you.
