My husband waited for 45 minutes in line only to get two Pepsis instead of dr. Peppers and no food. This is the second time this has happened to myself. Fortunately when I was there I caught the error before I left. And I agree with the the lady that said she got a thin layer of meat…I got a thin layer of meat and a really thin layer of sour cream. The whole scenario is pitiful. Not to mention my combo is now ten dollars in Carthage and eight dollars and some change in Joplin. I will stop in Joplin from now on.

So here I sit, now having waited 30 minutes for my order consisting of three items. There are only three other people in here, all mad at how long they've been waiting. Currently watching them mess up a guy's order for the third time, and he got here before me.Update: I waited 40 minutes and the other guy just left he was so mad ?

Ordered an item, paid for it, then they didn't have it. They gave us a refund and then the next person with the same problem was given coupons also. Poor customer service. Seems like they pick and choose how they treat customers.

When I walked in and I started ordering my usual beefy melt burrito, that I have to send back every time cause they never actually melt it even though it is in the name, the manager Josh with long hair told me he was going to "punch me in my dumbass face" for ordering a that burrito I guess I don't know why else he would be so hostile.
